I ordered one and within a short space of time it snapped and the seller replaced it (so 5 stars for that) but a short while after the second mop snapped. I didn't bother attempting to return the second one and decided to order a 3rd, as I missed having it as its such a great mop! I have been really careful with this one, making sure I wasn't applying too much pressure, I was careful with storing it (as I thought this must be me) but again after 10 weeks of using it, same problem. Leaves floors sparkling with little fuss *by D***L on 18 February 2020* Easy to use once set up and great for mopping large areas of floor. Dries much faster than a normal mop, which was the best feature for me. Was a little difficult to assemble with the parts being a bit stiff to put together. Only 4 parts tho so not to much bother. Does leak very slightly but maybe something im doing.
