My purchase was received with broken off hose that was not included.
It was damaged and missing hose.

NOT FOAM!
This was advertised as a FOAM soap. It is NOT! Also sloppy packaging damaged the fragile tube leading up to the dispenser. Also weeks after I wrote to support, still no answer!

The product might be fine but its not foam soap like advertised. Lotion soap and foam soap require different dispensers. So it would help to get what is advertised.

Poorly Packaged
The soap dispenser refills are great when they aren't broken! This is the second time we received damaged refill bottles, even though the box it shipped in was in good condition. The manner with which these items are packaged does not bode well for transportation, seeing that the bottles are not secured enough, especially since the hose attachments are delicate and can easily snap off. I highly urge Amazon to change the way these bottles are packaged and shipped.
