It’s a good medicine ball. Good grip. Does come with a slippery coating. I washed it a couple of times with dish soap and all good. Good value

This 12 lb ball is a great workout addition. The texture makes it easy to grip even when your hands are wet.

I bought this so my kids could practice their soccer moves with a heavier ball. It’s been kicked and thrown around and still looks new. Very impressed so far. It’s in constant use from the kids just rolling it around. Size comparison to a size 5 soccer ball and a big kids basketball.

Great product but the protecting oil that is on it when it ships makes it slippery until it wears off.

This is my first time using a medicine ball. I will have some disadvantages to other consumers. I am an OTR driver and I will be using it in the truck. I have used the medicine ball in my house and it is amazing and i can feel the effectiveness that it has on my muscles. I would recommend that someone who has been exercising on a regular basis to pick this up as an added workout to their regimen.

Delivered Feb 26. Had less than 3 months and thus has happened. Very disappointed. Description says made of durable rubber to bounce. Evidently not.
