You already know this album is amazing, so there's not much I can add to that. Every song is great.

Great classic Cd high quality material well crafted

This too would have been an album that at one time I had an illegal copy of. Given antipiracy laws and a desire to make amends for my past transgressions, I elected to pick up a legitimate copy of this album to add to my music collection. I was glad I did. Overall, this is a good sounding album but I wouldn’t say that it’s my favorite by the band. Online sources indicate that it’s the first album where the band utilizes guitar synthesizers. It does sound radically different than it’s predecessor, Powerslave, and a bit more in line with where the band’s sound is currently at. Whether or not that is the sole contributing factor as to why that is the case I am not really sure. I really like half the tracks on this album and have a hard time picking a favorite one. If I really had to choose, though, I would probably pick “The Loneliness of the Long Distance Runner”. I continue to appreciate Iron Maiden’s contribution to my own musical preferences. As a `90’s kid one of my earliest memories with music was how Nirvana revolutionized MTV. It’s nice to be able to listen to music and artists that were around before that happened and maybe not as influenced by the changes that took place there as a result. I feel that Iron Maiden is this band for me and I almost view listening to them as “getting an outside opinion” with regards to my own musical interests and predispositions. I hope that they will continue to make new music for some time to come. Finally, the service from Amazon was good here. The album, liner notes, and case all showed up undamaged. I was able to listen to the album just fine and back it up to my PC. I appreciate the service offered by Amazon that allowed me to get a legitimate copy of this album and hopefully make an amends to the band that I feel was long overdue. Thanks.

This album has brought back memories

As far as the album goes, Somewhere in Time is an amazing Iron Maiden album. Iron Maiden has a history of making interesting album artwork, and this is among the best. From Cyber-Eddie to the various Maiden references and others, it's one of their more intricate pieces. The music behind the album is surprisingly not as much sci-fi, though guitar synthesizers are featured on the album. The figurine looks really well-done, and the patch looks great as well.

A mio parere uno degli album migliori dei Maiden migliori di sempre, consigliatissimo a tutti i fan del metal.

Un must de la discographie de Maiden. Son remasterisé, Figurine petite mais sympa, patch un peu kitsh le tout emballé dans une jolie boîte (peut être la plus belle pochette du groupe). pour collectionneurs et fans d'un des derniers grands albums du groupe.
