Faulty stethoscope
The diaphragm of the stethoscope is not working! I want a replacement!

This is a great quality stethoscope. Beautiful. Heavy duty. Good weight. Not a light flimsy one. Great sound. Good for a noisy ICU to hear better. Can actually hear heart sounds now as opposed to cheaper ones.

20年ぶりにリットマンの上位機種に変更してみたのですが、少し聴こえやすくなったかなという程度です。ただ前よりは使いやすいので買って良かったです。バーガンディの色もオーロラ色ベルもテンション上がり、 大変気に入ってます。

Tenía el littman III, pero tengo un poco de sordera en un oido y segun que ruidos, no escuchaba bien. Con este, la verdad es que puedo escuchar perfectamente. Además, las olivas son muy cómodas. El precio genial, por el producto que es

Très contente de mon achat. J'avais des littman classique depuis toujours et j'ai profité des offres de printemps pour me faire plaisir. Le design est très beau, la couleur est assortie à ma table d'examen et à ma blouse ! L'acoustique est bien mieux que celle de mes anciens stéthoscopes, on perçoit vraiment mieux les différents souffles ou anomalies auscultatoires. Et surtout, je n'ai pas besoin de tenir constamment la lyre pour que les écouteurs soient parfaitement dans mes oreilles et que j'entende correctement !
