Inside the pack was the foam roller neatly packed in a suitable & handy carry case which offers a great portability and convenience for outdoor mobility . 2.) As the name- foam roller suggests, The product has a Hollow cylindrical design with a dimension of at 13 “ inches ( Length ) x 5.5 “ inches (diameter ) with an inch thick of foam material glued over the hard plastic inner core. b. The overall weight of the roller is approximately 950 gms which is convenient enough for keeping along at outdoor ventures. c. The exact material of construction is not mentioned may be due to proprietary patent rights. The foam material looks premium, crack resistant & tends to retain its original shape even upon repeated compression or abuse. It’s neither too soft nor too hard just pliable enough for acupressure. d. The foam is carved into a 3D Point -&-Plain sort of structure to mimic the finger, palm and thumb of a therapist’s hands. e. BENEFITS AND CAUTION : ************************************* @ Being Very handy and easy to use, I am using it for my whole family of Me , wife & two little kids with instant relief and ease of self-use. Even people going to gym for workouts can seek its help for deep tissue relaxation. @ However as I mentioned above , while using it below back, be very sure the roller doesn’t slip or it may cause an injury. **** Also people of old age or already suffering from slip disc / other spine issues should use it only after consultation with physician or refrain from using it at the back. 5.) PRODUCT AFTER-CARE : ************************************* Even though the material of the roller looks premium & no after instructions are included, still avoid : 1.) Keeping it wet for prolonged periods. Just wipe it clean with a wet cloth. 2.) Exposure to direct sunlight or heat. 3.) Exposure to oil and dirt. 4.) Contact to pointed surfaces or structures. Use it over yoga mats to avoid damage to foam on rough floors. 5.) Avoid standing over it or apply too much force. 7.) FINAL VERDICT: ************************** With the ease of self-use and extreme portability, I suppose it’s a great-to-have piece of equipment for self-massage & relaxation of muscles.

I bought this primarily to see if it helps me reduce soreness after my morning cardio workout. It did not just that but also comes handy when I try to shake off the pain/niggle brought upon by long hours at the desk while working from home. My back issue is also chronic in the sense that it flares up every now and then. So, I find this roller quite useful when I take stretch breaks or when suffer a pain episode out of the blue. I'm still learning the ropes (via YouTube) about the various ways in which and the muscle groups for which the foam roller can be used. The relaxation it provides is almost instantaneous though using it for the uninitiated might be a little difficult. So, I'd recommend to start slow and learn the right techniques, one muscle group at a time. Some people here have complained about the roller's sturdiness and the foam's hardness. It's been a couple of months since I bought it and have regularly used since then. I weigh close to 95kg, am built on the larger side, and yet the roller and its pipe haven't given away. The hardness of the foam is an individual preference thing. For instance, I love the effect it has when using for my back but it hurts when using on my calf muscles. Your mileage might similarly vary. All in all, this is a pretty handy purchase and one that I'll recommend to all, regardless of whether you're an active exerciser or not. Beats popping pain medication any day.

It is a good product you can go for it i usually have back pain bit i used it after bowling and before bowling to REDUCE STIFFNESS AND STRETCHING THE HAMSTRING AND HIP MYCULES

I have been using this for just 2-3 times a week for the past 2 months and the inside has cracked in 2 places (see photos). So when I use it now it makes a creaking sound and I am worried it might just break and injure me. This is not expected for a product of Dr. Trust. Highly disappointed and wouldn’t recommend this product

This vs BoldFit was in my mind and I went with this due to more reviews and warrenty. The product is decent.

Absolutely in love with it. For some who has a lot of tight muscles and knots in the neck and back, I am always looking for a “bakra” to give me a maalish or massage (generally some unsuspecting cousin 😅). This roller is one of the best purchases in a while! Helps totally take away my aches and pains in the neck and back. Sure it will pay for itself through reduced visits to pricey spas! Try it out, guys - you’ll love it!
