I have sciatica and often need the TENS unit to sleep but sleeping with the wires was cumbersome at best. The battery lasts a long time. I can get several uses out of one charge. They stick pretty well. I've used them during the day in my back and hips when in public. They aren't 100% but pretty good. They are somewhat big, to big to lay on and be comfortable. The pads are a little pricy but last a long time if you take care of them and given this is a one of a kind device they could be charging a lot more.
