After a fibula fracture, I've been in crutches for about 6 weeks. Doctor finally cleared me to walk in Aircast boot, and I decided to go to the beach! I needed something to at least partially protect the boot from the dust and mud. I walked sandy, muddy, rocky trails for a long weekend and the cover held up pretty well. It didn't cover the bottom, which I knew. I ordered one size up from boot, fit great. Strap at top was a bit snug for my leg, but worked fine. Zipper held up well. I did wear a couple of holes in the bottom, but they could be fixed with a bit of duct tape. Id say they did a fair job of keeping most of the dirt out of the boot. They weren't perfect, but good enough to still wear the boot. I did have to disassemble and hand-wash the liner and boot after the weekend, but remember--the main goal was to keep foot protected and mostly clean. It worked great for that! I also got a lot of sympathy from the other beach-goers!

This boot cover is great. Made of heavy-weight, black, rip-stop nylon, it's durable and waterproof. My advice is to put it on and position/pull the cover just above where the heel of your boot touches the ground. The cover will be under the toe of your boot but this is not where the majority of your wear will be. That will be at the heel...and the heel of the boot itself is waterproof already. I had a cover that wore through at the heel before I learned this trick. Having the black boot cover makes it easier to coordinate with my attire and the shoe on my uninjured foot so it's less of an attention-getter which I like. And, it keeps my boot perfectly clean.

This is not an attractive boot cover by any means, but it fit well, and it did its job. It kept my walking boot dry and protected while I was working, which was all I could ask for. It was very thin, a little lower quality than I expected, but it held up and was priced well. My boot was knee-length and heavy and it was able to cover the entire thing.

This DOESN'T work at all like advertised! I ordered the appropriate size to fit over my medical walking boot. It's advertised as it fits over the toe to completely cover the TOP of the foot (not underneath the sole), and after I STRUGGLED to get it over the boot it DID NOT stretch enough to fit the toe, or even get close to fitting! In fact, I couldn't even get it off without having to remove the boot off my leg which was difficult with this "sleeve" over it! After removing the boot is had to slide the sleeve off! Too bad cause the concept of this item is EXACTLY what i need! I wouldn't recommend this t anyone!

Worked very well on top of my walking boot I had to wear for 8 weeks for my sprained ankle. I wore this when it rained and also when I had to assist someone in the shower. kept my boot dry at all times. The base does not cover the base of the walking boot and I was worried about that but it was no issue. it cover the toe area very well so water really doesn't get through. Just the bottom of the boot touches the wet pavement and that's of no concern! highly recommend!

This will fit a Large CAM boot. The problem is that it is open at the bottom end so it really only covers around to the heel. The front part of the foot is exposed so it’s not full protection. If you want to make this fully waterproof, you will need something else as this doesn’t do that. The other issue is the button and zipper at the top. If you are using a knee crutch (iWalk 3.0), then it will dig into your knees and become very uncomfortable very fast. They should of placed the zipper and button to the inside.

I really have appreciated having this cover during cold, wet, snowy weather. Normally, without the cover, I would have wet, freezing toes until I could get home. Works like a dream. At first I was planning to get a very bright color, until I gave it some thought. Even though I just adore having bright, happy colors. But for most things that I participate in, such as office work, teaching college, and going to church, the bright colored covers would draw attention to me for the wrong reasons, making me appear unprofessional. So, in the end, the solid black cover works best for me. I will say that you should practice putting this cover over your boot. Once you understand how to put it on properly (the zipper goes in back, and the bottom or sole of the boot is not covered. Allowing for your boot to have traction and continue to be non-slip.) Overall, I'm very pleased with this product. It does exactly what its supposed to do. I don't have any complaints. So, if you are wearing a medical boot, and are experiencing winter weather, give this a try. I think protecting your toes from getting cold and wet, will make you much more comfortable. My 12 yr old had an orthopaedic boot on, due to an ankle injury. We needed to try & keep the boot dry on school runs & on outings out during very rainy weather. This boot cover was excellent. Easy to get on, easy to clean if it got dirty. Would fit any size leg.

Past perfect om de orthopedisch schoen, maar slijt erg snel. Na tweede gebruik reeds diverse gaten en aanhechting van de rits kapot. Jammer!

Although the description mentioned it would be for a large size, it is to small for my large boot. The quality of the product is good.
