I just got this today and I'm pretty happy with it! I weigh 230 and I'm 5'8 my hips are 49.5 and my waist is 35 so I knew that if I ordered bases on my waist my hips would make it nearly impossible to latch on the bottom ones just because of the difference plus I have a bunch of baby pudge so i was worried that whatever i would order would either be too small or not tight enough to give the desired effect. A lot of reviews either said order up or order down. Personally I went with the weight and height measurements on the chart. It's quite tight and like I expected its looser on top and almost too tight on the bottom. Buuuut it still latched and zipped up and my waist looks snatched as hell. It's not comfortable persay but its do able. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the smell.... it's so strong like opening a brand new box of medical gloves and sticking your nose in it. And it makes your skin smell that way too. If you're opposed to that then move right along. But if you're not or you think you can endure this is a great waist trainer. I'm excited to see the results! *edit* so I got this on July 16th and today is july 27th and I have some things to add! I've been wearing this pretty regularly and the smell has definitely faded so I'm changing my 4 stars to 5! Also I have been eating everything put in front of me and have not worked out once and I've lost 6 pounds I'm now 224 im going to have to buy the smaller size now because it's gotten a little to lose which is such and awesome feeling! And for the price I don't mind doing that!

I couldn't wait to review this item simply for the lack of reviews answering the specific questions I had myself, when searching for the perfect waist trainer. I'm going to address that so anyone facing the same issues I had will have their questions answered now. First off, I'm a thin girl and always have been. After having two kids I was able to get my waist down to 25" and dispite constant exercise, I dont have the curves or "hourglass" figure I desperately want. That is clearly why I've decided to give was it trainers a try. My biggest question during my search was about sizing. The size chart has a list of waist sizes that correspond to what size you should choose but I couldnt find out weather the measurements were to be what your waist currently measured at or what your desired measurements were (what you would measure when wearing). I've concluded you need to select going by what your waist currently measured at. As I said, my waist measures 25" without a trainer. I ordered one other waist trainer before this one and was deeply disappointed. It didnt rrally tighten well and was a strange material, felt like a potato chip bag. So I sent that back and found this one, ordered an xxs. This is my first time using one. It was a little hard to get into and was tight on the loosest clasps. Zipping it up was even more difficult but once it was completely zipped it felt like it was really doing its job. With the trainer on, my figure is exactly how I want it to be. My waist measures 24" when wearing but is probably a tad bit small due to the slight bulkiness of the trainer. It helps with not postures and the feel and material is far higher quality than I expected. Dont let the wrinkles in the trainer fool you that you see in my picture, the trainer is very tight to my waist !! All in all I would highly reccoment this trainer

Look no further ladies! Seriously, this is BY FAR the BEST waist trainer out there! ( I am not being paid or given anything to leave this review, this is 100% my own honest opinion, I will NEVER leave a dishonest review and I only write exactly what I believe. ) This gives the perfect hourglass shape to your body, it smooths out any buldges or pooches you may have. If you had a good shape but lost it because you gained a bit of weight (like me), and are simply trying to loose a few and get your shape back, then this is the perfect thing to give you a jump start. Just after two nights I got my hour glass shape back. I like to wear this to bed, I put a good layer of Vicks Vapor Rub and Vaseline on my tummy and lower back, wrap that in plastic wrap and put my waist trainer on over that. Doing this will get rid of your water weight and help give you a jump start if you are starting to work out and get back in shape. It also looks great under clothes too if you need that. I HIGHLY suggest this waist trainer, this brand and seller to any and all women out there who are trying to loose weight and get their flat hour glass tummy back. It has absolutely worked for me and still is working for me. If you have a lot to lose then I would wear the wrap and waist trainer every night while you sleep, then take it off it the morning and wipe your tummy off with baby wipes or soap and water. If you have 5-15lbs to lose like me, then you should wear every other night or wear for three nights on and two nights off, then take off in the morning. If you are like me and are also having trouble deciding which waist trainer to buy, if you have several that you are looking at, GO WITH THIS ONE! Do not be worried about the fact that there aren't a ton of ratings, its probably just a new company that not too many people know about yet. I promise you, if you give this one a shot, if you choose this waist trainer over the other ones you are looking at, you will be extatic!! You will be so beyond happy its crazy! I was SUPER skeptical about trying ANY waist trainer at first, I thought for sure that they were all fake and a scam and I was almost positive that they would not work. Boy was I wrong with this one! I honestly have to say that this is one of the best purchase i have made when it comes to fitness stuff. This waist trainer really DOES WORK. I can assure you this! I will never buy another brand or type again! :)

I like the fit once i found the correct size. the only reason i didn't give 5 stars is that they kinda stretch and loosen with time and stays that way. Hoping the smaller size holds up and keeps its snugness.

Snug and comfortable

Normally I don't write reviews unless Amazon send me email sometime requesting my review. I bought almost 10 waist trainers in September, every time I buy one I still don't find it what am looking for until I got this one today. I have never seen this quality, this stretchable material, very flexible to move while wearing, gives really the hour glass shape and tuck the stomach nicely...etc.. I loved it... and I recommend it... My waist size is 72cm relaxed and I got the XS size (63.5 - 68.5) on purpose because I know the latex material stretched, it fits perfectly in the third hook and zipped tightly, snatched my waist.. The torso is long from under the bra and cover till the lower belly... its really amazing.

I received the product and upon arrival the zipper was unattached wouldn’t go back onto the zip track - therefore I couldn’t use the product whatsoever
