I couldn't wait to review this item simply for the lack of reviews answering the specific questions I had myself, when searching for the perfect waist trainer. I'm going to address that so anyone facing the same issues I had will have their questions answered now. First off, I'm a thin girl and always have been. After having two kids I was able to get my waist down to 25" and dispite constant exercise, I dont have the curves or "hourglass" figure I desperately want. That is clearly why I've decided to give was it trainers a try. My biggest question during my search was about sizing. The size chart has a list of waist sizes that correspond to what size you should choose but I couldnt find out weather the measurements were to be what your waist currently measured at or what your desired measurements were (what you would measure when wearing). I've concluded you need to select going by what your waist currently measured at. As I said, my waist measures 25" without a trainer. I ordered one other waist trainer before this one and was deeply disappointed. It didnt rrally tighten well and was a strange material, felt like a potato chip bag. So I sent that back and found this one, ordered an xxs. This is my first time using one. It was a little hard to get into and was tight on the loosest clasps. Zipping it up was even more difficult but once it was completely zipped it felt like it was really doing its job. With the trainer on, my figure is exactly how I want it to be. My waist measures 24" when wearing but is probably a tad bit small due to the slight bulkiness of the trainer. It helps with not postures and the feel and material is far higher quality than I expected. Dont let the wrinkles in the trainer fool you that you see in my picture, the trainer is very tight to my waist !! All in all I would highly reccoment this trainer

Okay. At first glance in the pic this doesn't appeal to the eye as much as some made to be sexy. This DOES help you lose any excess belly weight (doesnt feel miserable tho), it does begin to shape you like the hourglass we all secretly want haha. It hooks and stays in place better than all of the other waist trainers I've bought and that is thrilling. It also is great for when your waist is too small (due to similar products being worn and long term commitment) for the standard sizes offered. So while I'm not a stick, my waist needed something reaaaallly little to keep the dream alive ⏳lol. This is perfect and it does provide moderate back support. Very good deal!

I like the fit once i found the correct size. the only reason i didn't give 5 stars is that they kinda stretch and loosen with time and stays that way. Hoping the smaller size holds up and keeps its snugness.

First off, I have had multiple of this exact waist trainer. I used it for postpartum on my last two babies, and also for added sweat during workouts. It also has great support for your back while working. Once you get the right size it lasts forever. I have not had the boning pop out or break or like me on any of the 4-5 trainers I have had. THAT BEING SAID. The sizing has not been consistent for me. I am a size 12 on a good week, 14 every other week. 38ddd chest. I measure every time I order. When I was post part I’m this last time, I ordered a xxxl, and it fit great. Not TOO tight but enough to help compress some without being painful. After losing about 30 lbs, I can now stick my whole arm and easily fasten the clips on the tightest hook and zip. I decided to order down, even though the trainer itself is still in great condition. This time I ordered an XL, thinking it will provide great compression. I can’t even get that mf hooked. No matter how I go about it. Not laying down sucking it in, nothing. Not even with my husbands help. It’s annoying because I measured before ordering and this size should have been comfortable 😩for the price and quality though, it’s still worth buying 100%

Look no further ladies! Seriously, this is BY FAR the BEST waist trainer out there! ( I am not being paid or given anything to leave this review, this is 100% my own honest opinion, I will NEVER leave a dishonest review and I only write exactly what I believe. ) This gives the perfect hourglass shape to your body, it smooths out any buldges or pooches you may have. If you had a good shape but lost it because you gained a bit of weight (like me), and are simply trying to loose a few and get your shape back, then this is the perfect thing to give you a jump start. Just after two nights I got my hour glass shape back. I like to wear this to bed, I put a good layer of Vicks Vapor Rub and Vaseline on my tummy and lower back, wrap that in plastic wrap and put my waist trainer on over that. Doing this will get rid of your water weight and help give you a jump start if you are starting to work out and get back in shape. It also looks great under clothes too if you need that. I HIGHLY suggest this waist trainer, this brand and seller to any and all women out there who are trying to loose weight and get their flat hour glass tummy back. It has absolutely worked for me and still is working for me. If you have a lot to lose then I would wear the wrap and waist trainer every night while you sleep, then take it off it the morning and wipe your tummy off with baby wipes or soap and water. If you have 5-15lbs to lose like me, then you should wear every other night or wear for three nights on and two nights off, then take off in the morning. If you are like me and are also having trouble deciding which waist trainer to buy, if you have several that you are looking at, GO WITH THIS ONE! Do not be worried about the fact that there aren't a ton of ratings, its probably just a new company that not too many people know about yet. I promise you, if you give this one a shot, if you choose this waist trainer over the other ones you are looking at, you will be extatic!! You will be so beyond happy its crazy! I was SUPER skeptical about trying ANY waist trainer at first, I thought for sure that they were all fake and a scam and I was almost positive that they would not work. Boy was I wrong with this one! I honestly have to say that this is one of the best purchase i have made when it comes to fitness stuff. This waist trainer really DOES WORK. I can assure you this! I will never buy another brand or type again! :)

So I am orderd a large originally bc i read reviews where it says it fits true to size, but i was pregnant at the time so i couldnt try it on. A week after giving birth i tried to put it on but it did not fit so i was weighing in about 175 or so. I liked the material its made. So i decided to finally order an extra large and so let me give u a better idea of how it fits I am 5'2 and weigh 165 and this is a month of postpartum delivery. Also my torso is not that long and this is a good size its not to small not to big it covers my torso just right. Where i have tried other waist trainers and they are either to big or to small i am able to fit right at the first set of hooks and am able to zip it up with a bit difficulty but its comfortable to be walking around with. But sitting down is a different story just bc it makes you sit up right so i guess its a good thing to correct your sitting posture.

According to the size chart I should have ordered a 2XL. I've never worn anything over a large so I knew that wouldn't work. Instead I purchased the Large. At first I attached it on the first hook and eye (largest), which fits comfortably with minimal compression. Next I tried the middle (there's only 3), and it was still comfortable, So I returned it. I figured if I wore it on the 2nd hook and eye on the first day, then clearly, I should size down. Today marks the 2nd day of wearing a Medium, with a 37 inch waist. Tons of compression, zero discomfort. I'm wearing for 9 hours daily. I should probably mention that my stomach I rather broad and flat as suppose to having bulges and love handles. Not sure if that would make a difference in the sizes. I should also mention that after discovering that the Large (3 hook &eye) was too large, I purchased a medium (4 hooks & eyes trainer). This was way too small and I could not hook the closures. Also, despite the description stating the length was the same, they're not. The length of the medium (4 hook and eye) trainer is shorter than the 3 hook and eye trainer. The medium (4 hook and eye) do not cover my entire torso. In the end, I purchased a medium 3 hook and eye, and it fits perfect, with just enough compression, and length.
