Dust Mite- and Allergen-Proof Boxspring Encasing (Cover); “Barrier II” (LongTwin; 9" deep)

This mattress protector is soft and thick; not crinkly and susceptible to tearing easily like so many others. Very happy with this purchase.

I purchased the 4 inch bunkie board cover for my IKEA morgedal twin mattress to help manage allergies. The mattress is 7 inches thick (thought it was closer to 4 or 5). It was a good fit, not perfect and not too loose since this wasn't made for a mattress. Regardless, I'm very pleased with this purchase and would recommend for thinner mattresses.

The description states: "imperceptible beneath the sheets" That is a stretch. Mine is covred with 2 flanel sheets. I can still tell the matress cover is there. Makes a slight plastic noise when moving around on the bed. But the cover is well made and I assume is working as otherwise described.

Finally, a good nights sleep without coughing and wheezing. Soft as silk with much protection. I purchased for box spring and also every bed pillow. Wish I knew about this product years ago. A bit expensive but it is the very best.

I bought this to cover my foam topper. It doesn't fit well (at 9'' it's too deep, I think my foam pad is more like 4-5 inches deep) but the fit is good enough. None of these allergy brands seem to make foam topper covers. This is my first Mission Allergy product and yes, the high price point does reflect quality.

Its hard to tell if it works or not but it ripped pretty easily when we shifted the mattress around to get under the bed and there it goes - RIP right by MY side. I have dust mite allergies. Just so annoying. I wish it was more durable!

Install was easy. Fit is perfect (not too loose/tight). It looks like a clean, decorative cover. I would recommend this to a friend. You don't need to hire an expensive exterminator. Just be logical and take away the bugs' hiding places. Box springs are so insecure. Bed Bugs love them. Use these covers to keep them from go in and out of the box spring.

I think this encasing cover will help a lot with my allergies to dust and dander. It’s not crunchy or plastic-like. It is comfortable. I wish some directions had been included for putting it on the mattress though. We had some trouble before turning to YouTube.
