Why are answers from 4 years ago when it says product released in 2022?

This is new for 2023 but Amazon groups questions and reviews from a number of products together.

Not sure if you have a specific application question in mind? It is best to apply on a clean & dry tire. You hold the can about 6-8 inches from the tire, depress the button releasing the aerosol spray and evenly apply a coating around the tire.

Description says 24 oz, there's a picture that says "full size 16oz". Which is it?
