Best high quality rack mount surge supressor
This is an excellent rack mount surge supressor. High quality build. I use 2 of these for my front of house live audio system with a console, wireless mics, iem and antenna systems. I also use this for my lighting rig controller which is computer driven via artnet to dmx. Best product on the market for sensitive electronics!

Need Outlets (front & back) & long power cord...!
I have to say, this is a very good surge protector for the money! I have been reworking my setup, due to the fact I needed rearrange my TV, sound system, & recording studio, to make the room more open & less cluttered. So I figured I am going to need another one of these surge protectors, w/ a prior brand I bought prior (Pyle - very good.), to essentially "split" the left & right side of my TV, sound system, & studio. And this CyberPower is exactly what I needed! I am quite pleased that this device has the outlets in the front & back, so certain devices I do not have to plug & unplug frequently, can just plugged in the back. Meanwhile, devices I don't need plugged in all the time or only need them for temporary power, get to plug into the front of the rack mounted surge protector (ex. Laptop, cell phone, MIDI/distortion/effects pedals, etc.) I also has used my condenser microphone through a preamp, which is plugged into the CyberPower - No sound issues, such as "hissing", low noise, or crackling. Works quite well! I added a photo which gives you an idea on the size & shape, versus the other equipment I have in my standard 19" rack, along with it being rack mounted as well. You can see some the front ports being used - very handy to have. I hope this may help in your shopping decision & experience.

Excellent affordable quality-made rack-mount power strip
Excellent rack mount power strip. I have a lot of equipment racks for live and studio use. I like to outfit every rack with a power strip rather than having a bunch of loose cables floating in the rear of the rack. I have a lot of power strips, by Furman, SG Weber, TrippLite, others and now these by Cyberpower. Personally I LOVE the long power input cable on the Cyberpower power strips, you can always make it shorter with wire ties. I like that I can move my gear into a venue, pull the back lids of the racks and every rack has it's own power cable that feeds to my central AC power distribution point (which also feeds the front of house mixer position for minimum ground loop potentials). They fit nicely in the rack, very heavy duty construction. FAVORITE FEATURE: The outlets on the rear are spaced very wide so you can easily plug in wall wart power supplies, I love a clean rack layout and this helps a lot. Keeping those wall warts as far away as possible from audio cables helps minimize induced noise. Fast delivery, quality construction, decent price, what is there to not like? I had to give them 5-stars, well done Cyberpower.

Works great powering my small network rack
Solid metal casing, with outlets front and back, and feels and appears very well built. Good specs, with a good surge protection rating. A great edition to my rack.

Appears to be well made. I can't say how effective the surge protection is.
Fits perfectly in my 19" rack, and works well. I would suggest to the manufacturer that the front outlets should be rotated 180 degrees so that the ground pin is on the left. Why? Because power cords with "flat" plugs will have the cord exiting up instead of down if the ground pin is on the right. You want the cord to exit down to avoid a sharp bend, and also to avoid interference with any unit mounted just above the power strip. With straight plugs it doesn't matter which way it goes.

Outlets front and back make this great for PA racks
I've bought no less than five of these now for putting together PA racks for use at music venues. They work great because the back plugs can be utilized for equipment in the rack while the front plugs are great for add on equipment like a wireless mic receiver, power cord for a powered monitor, pedal board power, etc. Cord is plenty hefty and long enough for almost al applications.
