Incredibly useful but fragile
Product is very easy to use and dramatically helps with reducing time to feed strap for securing pallet contents. Due to the construction of the product using a fiberglass rod however makes it pretty fragile for use in a tough shipping environment with heavy moving objects and my unit suffered a irrepairable breakage within 3 months of ownership and the rod is not replaceable. EDIT: StrapBandit customer support is stellar and offers a fairly unconditional warranty replacement and replaced my unit free of charge. Review score updated to reflect this.
