So far it is what I was looking for and it is good makes curling my hair a lot easier butter it does get pretty warm so you have to be careful when using it. But I like it

I really like this curling iron. Heats up fast and comfortable to use. I have fine hair and the curls hold all day. I wanted to try a 1 inch long barrel iron but didn’t want to spend too much. I have several other high end curling irons (I’m a sucker for a hair tool) and was surprised that I like this better than my GHD! Excellent product… especially for the price point! I previously purchased the 3/4 inch wand from this brand and love it as well!

The iron is great. It gets beyond hot enough - actually 350 is better for curls but this goes up at least to 425. Go hotter only if you use this more for straightening and volume. The barrel is probably bigger than you are imagining if you’ve never had a 2” before. It’s good for really long hair. The design flaw is that when you are holding it, the buttons to change the temp are right there under your hand. I kept accidentally raising the temp! I mean it was really a problem for me and the reason I took off one star. Never had that problem before with other irons. Very annoying. Otherwise it was easy enough to use did a good job.

Nice product. You definitely need some practice using it. It’s a big barrel. Works great.

I purchased this 3/4” barrel curling iron because that size usually works best for my hair. The iron itself heated up quickly and seemed to work well, so I didn’t have any issues with the heat or performance. The reason I’m returning it is the barrel length. The barrel is extremely long, which made it awkward to use on my shorter hair. Because of the length, I had to curl my hair differently than I normally would, and it just felt a little funky and harder to control than a typical curling iron. For comparison, I already purchased another 3/4” curling iron with a more standard barrel length, and it works perfectly for my hair. So I know the size itself isn’t the problem — it’s really just the extra-long barrel on this one. This may simply come down to personal preference and hair length. If you have long hair, the longer barrel might actually be helpful because you could wrap more hair at once. But for shorter hair, it felt unnecessarily long and made styling harder than it needed to be. Because of that, I decided to return it.

Review update: I wanted to share that I contacted the vendor about the defective temperature reading and asked if they would be willing to supply a replacement. Five starts for responsiveness and willingness to give me another try. I received the replacement quickly. Tried the iron the next day. No problem. However, on the second time I used it, the exact same issue occurred. The temperature read out just kept randomly jumping to different readings so I had really no idea what the actual temperature setting is. Disappointed because I do like how the product curls my hair. I appreciate the customer service but the product just needs a more stringent quality control process. Sadly I am returning this item. I was so excited to find a large-barrel iron that is both dual voltage and has temperature control. However, the temperature display is defective. Therefore, I really don't know what the correct temperature is and I cannot risk frying my fine hair with too-high heat. When I turn on the iron, the display shows 375, but then dips to 175. If I toggle down to 325, the display again shows a different number. The behavior is different each time. I've attached a video to show the changes occuring when I don't touch the settings and then when I try to change the settings.

I have very fine thinning shoulder length hair that at my age no longer wants to curl. This iron gave me very nice firm curls without having to have the temp on high. I love the extra length of the barrel even though I could probably use the shorter barrel but, it is a luxury to have the extra length. Highly recommend.

Looks just like it should and works great! I always have difficulty getting a small enough curler full of hair to keep it on the roller as my hair is long, layered and thick. This fits the bill. With the glove I can hold onto the hot part to get the ends properly on the iron without getting burned. It is long enough the hair doesn't fall off before I get it all rolled up. I am so. happy I took a chance on it. It is much bigger and longer than I am used to but it works so well I don't mind at all. It really was not hard to learn to use it. A free tip - to help my curls last longer as my hair if heavy and thick, I quickly roll it in a regular roller after taking it off the curling iron. It keeps it up and out of my way while I work on the rest of my hair. If I let it all set that way for about 5 minutes, the curls last much longer.

Es exactamente lo que estaba buscando, deja una onda grande y con una caída preciosa. En melenas XL es ideal pero si tienes el cabello corto la onda ni la verás porque necesita bastante largo de cabello para apreciarse, por eso mismo muchas personas en las reseñas están decepcionadas. La tenacilla es robusta y de calidad, me parece increíble para el buen precio que tiene. Nunca dejó reseñas pero este producto me ha sorprendido demasiado.

Similar to a lot of other reviews, the hair clamp/clip part is a little less tight than it could be - maybe? However, if the clamp/clip was any tighter it may cause dents around the top of the hair line. For me, if the clamp were any tighter and combined with my lack of proper technique, I think it may lead to weird dents at my hairline. Overall - this is a great hair tool for all lengths, textures, and thickness of hair types. You can create volume and fullness easier than with a flat iron. Also, because the barrel is so big, it smooths hair faster than with a flat iron. Heats up fast and hot temps of 450 F. I purchased this over 8 months ago - I use it about 3-4 times a week - and it is still working brilliantly!

Il est parfait. Pour une personne âgées, je le trouve légèrement lourd mais personnellement ca ne me gêne pas car mon carré est vite coiffé.
