Item was packaged well, arrived intact and in a timely manner. The CLAM tent footprint converts your CLAM Pavilion Shelter into a tent. Item works as advertised.

I was skeptical to purchase, due to some of the reviews. I purchased (prior year) the CLAM PAVILION (Grey). So glad I purchased this floor!! I can now use my Pavilion as sleeping/living quarters when camping! It took some time to instal (1st time) but now only a few minutes. Very Sturdy! Didn’t have to worry about insect, like we did, without the floor! Allowed me to walk around in screen tent (Pavillion side panels up) bare feet! So glad I purchased! Definitely Suggest!

This item description says it would work on certain model year CLAM shelters and mine was within those years. I also bought my CLAM shelter from an authorized dealer and this floor did not work. My shelter did not have Velcro that would attach to this floor. I sent it back to seller and was charged a hefty 30%+ restocking fee even through I never used this floor. I do not recommend the seller or this floor.

Works well once it is installed but traps any drips or dribbles than manage to drip into the interior if you have not thoroughly sealed the shelter with waterproofing spray. That trapped water then runs along the floor instead of just soaking into the ground. It is also very tedious to install due to the Velcro flap that covers the mating Velcro on the interior perimeter of the shelter. When you pack the shelter in its bag, that flap gets VERY securely pressed shut and it is difficult and tedious to unstick it all the way round the shelter so you can attach the lip of the floor. I called Clam and asked why the flap was there in the first place since it does not seem to have a purpose. They told me it was to protect the screen when the shelter was folded and packed. OK, I get it, but just reverse the sex of the Velcro so the "female" is the one on the shelter perimeter??? So..... it seemed like a good idea when I bought it but in the end, I bought a ten foot round RV mat to replace it.

Bought it without doing research. Have an older clam model. Still has worked great for what I needed for.

Fits great. Very sturdy. Water proof.

We used this floor in our storage Clam tent these past two summers. It has held up well and is very easy to install. With this floor it doesn't matter what the ground under the tent is like - your feet and everything else stays clean ... perfect for us. We recommend this floor.

When I saw that there was now a floor available for the clam tent, I knew I had to have it! And it certainly did not disappoint! I actually had set up my sleeping tent first, then my clam and added the floor for the first time - and I loved it so much that I abandoned my sleeping tent and moved everything into the clam with the floor! And it was amazing! The only thing I didn’t like was that it was challenging to get the floor attached as the Velcro is very strong/stiff (and it was really hot out so that part was not enjoyable) but worth the effort. I’d you’re thinking about getting this floor for your clam tent, DO IT! You won’t regret it!
