Perfect size
Finally something thin that is not a huge size. I have tried other brands. As they increase in absorbency, they increase the length, so there ends up being way to much pad in both front and back. I have actually cut off some of the others to make them fit. My body does not change in size just because I need more absorbency. Could they use more adhesive? Maybe, but don't they all? This has the right amount of coverage, is the right length, does not leak, and has no perfume smell. They are nice and thin. Very happy with this product.

Best product for one of life’s uncomfortable situations!
I have a connective tissue disease that caused me to need these starting at a much earlier age than most. No matter what your reason to need them, I have tried seemingly countless types and brands. They all had very inconvenient issues to deal with of various degrees until I found LivDry and Tena. These 2 brands have given me the part of my life and confidence that had been stripped away. The full undergarment type cause me to sweat so much it ends up looking like I’ve wet myself anyway, not to mention how uncomfortable sweating like that makes you when wearing them in itself already sucks and limits the types of clothing you can wear comfortably. Other pad type of brands either leaked, smelled bad, didn’t stay in place, were wet against my skin, made me sweat, wouldn’t work for overnight protection or a mix of several of these issues. I decided to try the LivDry in Ultimate and Moderate and have found both equally effective. The only issue I have had is slight displacement of a pad a couple of times with the LivDry, but only after a very long day and still had no leakage issues despite it being somewhat out of place. With the LivDry, I have found I actually forget I am wearing them. If you have to rely on this type of product, you know how great that speaks of this particular brand! I personally tend to prefer the Tena for overnight use, though both are equally effective. Another bonus of having a significantly smaller product that works as effectively as a much larger one means it is easier to carry, easier to store and causes much less waste. Considering all of this, along with the lower price in addition to the better all around comfort of this product as compared to pull-up styles or other brands, I will never change back as long as they stay this great!!

Attention Livdry support!
I like the size and feel of these pads. However, they have the worst sticking power of any pad I've tried. Wish I could contact the company directly and explain this default and find out if they intend to improve the adhesion.

Soft and thin, but
While thin, the product is too short to be a "5" in heavy/overnight. The tape is not holding well to the cloth either so Co sequentially it twists while sleeping. Clothing tape fixed that problem but it's still a 3. Also unless close to your body (I mean close) shifting side to side also pulls away while stretching, sitting chair exercises. Might be better to find a longer, wider version of thin pad. It is soft, and thin. Practically need to tape one end of each together to be long enough. Not for "gushing" laughter (or fear scream leaks), but a thin booster pad over the top helps solve that. Adds up to costing more in the end. But I truly like the soft and thin aspect.

Amazing absorbency and feels dry!
I am an avid walker and have an over active bladder. When I have to go I have to go now. Which is not very convenient in a public place. Searching for something to wear under my walking clothes that does not look like I’m wearing anything under my shorts. This works perfect. Incredibly absorbent and NOT BIG! Did a test by quickly pouring 1/2 cup water onto middle of pad. The sides kept the water in the center of pad while it quickly was absorbed. This is a win for me as I never explode in instantly 1/2 cup of urine. The actual pad measures 7 1/2 x 2 1/2 when wet. This does not include the additional fabric that is just sticky. Perfect size for long walks without looking like I am wearing a diaper. Could be a bit stickier, not that it moved anywhere when walking just not super sticky. Only gave it four stars for comfort because well wearing a pad is not comfortable. It would get a five star if I could not tell I was wearing it. But I’m happy that it works! Will try to add pictures. The pictures compare this product to another product for reference. I ordered both at the same time, will not be using the other one.

Too narrow, too short, too slow
These “ultimate” absorbency, six 6, supposedly absorb 300 cc, about 10 ounces. I’m sure they do if you can release a half ounce at at time. But if you have a gush, even much less than 10 ounces, it does not absorb fast enough and spills over the “leak barrier” and wicks up the butt crack to give you a wet spot in the back of your panties/pants/gown or dress. If you have a gush urine can also wick up your front, giving you a matching wet spot in the front if your clothes. Being thin is nice- if they work. Unfortunately, these do not. They need to be wider, the leak barrier needs to go the entire length if the pad, and they need to be longer. I held such promise for these because they are comfortable. Unfortunately the features that make them so comfortable are the ones that make them a poor (and messy) choice.

Not leak proof!
The material is soft, but pad is too narrow and the edges that appear as a boarder with elastic gathering does nothing to hold back leaks. Disappointed in the performance of this pad. Incontinence pads are either huge or bulky and are too long or too thin and bad quality material. Are men creating these products, I wonder because whoever is don't have a clue of what incontinence protection means!
