I felt I had gained way more energy after taking this daily for a week. Recovery for strength training felt quicker. The quality was great on my first bag however I accidentally scooped with a wet hand near the end the powder turned slightly grittier with the moisture. So lesson learned, keep the bag dry, I make sure my hands are dry before scooping and actually keep the branded bag in a zip lock bag now to avoid any other moisture inside. Would recommend!

So far I can say this Creatine is working. It has no flavor but if you let it sit too long in your glass or tumbler it will have a chalky taste. I feel like it contains a lot of product for what I paid for so I find it is fairly priced. There’s no weird texture to it because it dissolves easily and you can mix it with your drink of choice. I can’t say much about the effectiveness since I’ve only been drinking it for a little less than a month.
