So nice to just spray on and let it dry. Makes light work and saves time. Easy to clean up after if you get it on your hands or excess on the wall.

Does what it is designed to do.....seal grout. Sprayed evenly and did not clog. Wish the spray wasn't so wide. A lot is wasted on the tiles.

I've tried a few different methods of applying grout sealants over the past few years, from a spray bottle to applying it with a foam brush, and this one wins by far. Is there over spray? Of course, but it's worth it because it only takes 10 minutes to apply to an entire shower, rather than an hour. I was able to get 2 showers done with one can (I only did a single coat on each since I seal the grout every year). After spraying it on, I just used paper towels to wipe the excess off the tiles and then let it sit for a few hours. After 1 application, water is beading on the grout and it's working as intended. I'll definitely buy this again next year! Side note: I was a little worried when I applied it as my grout got darker as I sprayed it on, but once it dried it went back to it's light color.

I searched reviews after the fact, and only found one other mention of this. But this product will destroy your silicone caulking. I noticed it a little at first as some of the thicker caulking was wiping off after the first spray, but I thought maybe I had used too harsh of a cleaner beforehand. On second spray, this happened. The only mention is in the fine print: "protect exposes surfaces such as [list of things, with caulk at the end]." What would make someone think a product designed to be sprayed on tile would straight up REMOVE caulk? And how are you supposed to "protect caulk" when the grout goes right up to it? I'd be curious if the seller can provide a game plan for that. Something this unintuitive should be in GIANT print on the label. Not only that, but the sprayer itself is junk. It only seems to work when sprayed at a downward angle, which is fine if you're doing floors, but for a shower, I don't want to get out a ladder to do the top, thanks. Even when I keep it flat or aiming down, it spurts and sputters. I hope by adding a photo more folks will see this and be spared this disaster. Now I have to re-caulk my shower.

I was between 2 and 3 stars but since the grout is still curing it's too soon to tell the effectiveness. If you're looking to contain the product simply to the grout you might want to spray it into the small container and use a brush. The spray comes out of the top of the can so you have very little control and cannot spray it much above your head height. It's a wide spray so by the time I got done the shower walls were completely coated and it had dripped down into the tub. I spent more time wiping down the walls and tub than applying it. I just hope it does the trick and lasts a long time.

The contractor that installed our shower recommended this to seal the stones on the shower floor. Have used it every few months to reseal. It is very easy to use. To speed drying I use a box fan which dries the sealant in 2 or so hours. We live in a very humid environment and we dry the shower floor with a towel after use and all this seems to help slow the speed of mildew development so the shower only needs to be scrubbed out every couple of weeks rather than every week. I’ll take it.
