Original Cotton, Elastic Kinesiology Athletic Tape, 20 Count, 10” Precut Strips

The first time I ordered this product it was great. The tape really helped my injury and was easy to remove. The second time they sent a different item and it wasn’t the same as the first. I ordered the plain beige tape and was sent tape with a black stripe. I opened it and used it thinking it was the same. The adhesive was so strong and nearly ripped my skin off when taking it off. I will not order again.

I have previously used the Walmart generic equate. It works great. I thought I'd buy the original name brand and it would be even better. But no this stuff will not stay on at all. The picture show 30 minutes after I have applied it. I also used alcohol too clean my scan before I applied. Still does not work!

I play tennis. I injuried my arm tendon. I bought the KT tape from sports shop. Suprisely I can play without pain when using this tape. So I ordered two boxes from this site. First time I used the online ordered tape, I had to stop playing in the middle of the match because my arm was hurt so much. Then I suspect the product I ordered is not good. I tried several times. Everytime I use the tape I bought from sports shop, I play very well without pain. If I use the tape I ordered online, I either have to withdraw from the match, or have to rest couple days after the match. From now on, I will only purchase KT tape from sports shop. The bad review is only for the product I purchased online. I will give 5 star for the real KT tape.

Normally I do 15-20 mins pre and post workout resistance stretching esp. for my shoulders and Arms. It worked perfectly. Someone suggested to wear KT tapes while playing to reduce muscles soreness and spasms. Despite following the precise instructions, it had zero effect on pain relief (initial thought was I prob. needed professional athletic ver.) however when I removed the tape gently per instructions, it peeled off my skin - Not significant but enough for cause burning sensation for 2 days. It could be subjective result considering good reviews and may not be applicable for all. Since I already used 4 tapes, it would have been inappropriate on my part to return it. I plan to give it to someone else who may be regularly using it.

Extremely disappointed with this tape and have returned it. I’ve bought KT tape before and it has been excellent but this particular product is useless. It is very thin and provides little support in the first place. Bu the biggest problem is that it just does not stay stuck to the skin. I was 2 miles into a 7 mile run when it started to peel off…….a mile later and it was flopping around so badly that I had to remove it completely. Not helpful when I still had 4 miles to run! I cannot recommend this product as it is not fit for purpose.

I bought this tape for my mom hoping it would provide support and relief, but unfortunately, it caused more harm than good. When we removed the tape, it actually pulled off some of her skin and left a red, irritated patch on her hand. We followed the instructions carefully, but the adhesive was way too strong and harsh on sensitive skin. This product may work for some people, but if you (or a loved one) have delicate or sensitive skin, I would NOT recommend it. Very disappointed with this purchase

I bought the blue color and I had no issues with that one. I bought the tan colored one and I don’t know if I got a bad one but it’s no good. It does not stay on very long. I bought the black one and it sucks too. I had issues with it staying on the first time so I figured I’d give it another try with the black and it’s horrible. Comes off right away. Even after 8 hours or so, it starts to come off. And this one makes me itch. The blue one stayed on for 3-4 days and I had no itching. It’s so frustrating when you spend your money on something and it doesn’t work as expected. I’ll stick the the pink and blue tape.

Don’t buy! I bought this same product in Aug 2024, and then again in Oct 2024. The seller changed the glue on the tape that I purchased in Oct 2024. It used to be no problem taking off the tape, but this time it was very difficult to take the tape off. It was painful taking it off, left my skin red, and very difficult to take the residual glue off. The dark tape like marks are from me wearing a long-sleeve shirt after I took the tape off, because I couldn’t take the glue off, but you see the marks it made. 2nd picture shows my skin after 5 days from removing it. It took a layer of skin off!

Quite disappointed with these KT bands, they are coming off super quick compared to the pink ones. A joke really, just unsticking after few hours while they should last days.
