Great bandage...probably saved my life! 1 1/2"gash to my shin, bleeding profusely 30 minutes from town in the woods. We bandaged my leg and the bleeding completely stopped for over an hour, until ER removed the bandage and discovered arterial bleeding! I ordered 8 more bandages!

Proven
Proven on the battlefield to the streets. Perfect product to add to any IFak/trauma kit. I prefer these over there the other pressure bandage on the market. I trust this product so much. I put this in my son‘s backpack for school . I also added to my subscribe and save.

More versatile than the rest
I have played with most of the major brands, HH, IBD etc. They all work, so if you are very price sensitive just go with the cheapest. This one does have some nice features. 1. packaging, most all are vacuum sealed to compress them, this one seems to have held its seal much better than others 2. design, love the occular protector that is built in (the hard plastic center doubles as an eye protection dressing) not that useful but could be handy 3 design-2 and much more important the bulk of the dressing can be pulled out and and used in multiple locations (in and out for example), I carry additional gauze but this makes it less necessary, if you are limited on space this makes the dressing much more useful

Highly Recommend
Very versatile bandage. Having gauze, occlusive dressing, cup all in one package means this bandage fits a slightly different niche than a traditional Israeli bandage. Everything they say about this bandage is true, it's great but slightly bulky. Recommended.

Perfect for first aid box
Perfect for first aid box, not the to small kind for serious injuries. Needed for when help is more than minutes away and time is counting. Will buy again if needed.

GREAT MULTI USE BANDAGE
Compression bandage, occlusive dressing, Z gauze, packaged great. This item has many uses, just not a bandage. Its a multi use bandage that can be used in a variety of different application for different situations. Just don't buy one because you will take it apart and learn how it works, buy afew! Excellent product!!!
