Super easy to use and pain free
I know my keto meter is accurate because when I eat the wrong things and test a couple hours later ... it shows on the reading. So if you are serious about staying in ketosis and dropping the weight, this meter along with the lancets and test strips, are your best tools for the job. The lancets are a very important piece of the process and these are perfect, easy to use and I just stick the twist-off cap with the needle point after use and throw it away. I've already bought more lancets and test strips because I'm still trying to manage all this; I am 3 weeks in and have lost 6 pounds so pretty happy, and using these products together keeps me on track. Great purchase!

Quality control issues… avoid
I bought these as a replacement for KetoMojo lancets… I put them in and they fit. I used one and found that it did not puncture well enough to produce much blood and subsequently saw that I had a dark splinter under my skin from the lancet at the puncture site. I spent the better part of 5 minutes digging it out of my skin. These are made in China… do you trust China with your health? The package isn’t even spelled correctly! Instead of sterilized or sterile it reads “sterilize”. Given the splinter… I have serious quality control concerns. All mine are being disposed of. Waste of time and money!
