Sponge Neoprene W/Adhesive 12in Wide X 1/16in Thick X 54in Long

I bought this to replace the "car door towel padding" on the lally columns. Even the 1/6" wrap protects the doors from being dented and scratched - what a huge improvement over taping towels to the lally columns! A couple of notes... The adhesive is strong - so, be sure it is where you want it before installing it... Second, I've seen a few reviews saying that the product is thin and easy to tear. I didn't experience that at all, so maybe it's the latest production that is a bit tougher - I don't know? And finally... Made in Canada - not "elsewhere".... Just wish they made this in white - as I'd love to cover the door height on the garage walls with a strip for the same purpose - protect the doors when I'm working on my cars... Very pleased with this product - well done..!

I have used these in multiple mechanical keyboards to help dampen the sound. Used these in other plastic containers where I store stuff. Cheap and easy to cut, and stick when needed.

The product arrived without any physical damage or cosmetic imperfections. Used it on mechanical keyboard modifications and pretty happy with the outcome. The sound and vibration is being absorbed well enough and the hollow sound that was coming from keyboard is gone. The adhesion is so powerful that when I was reapplying some piece of it, the adhesion from old pieces left some mark on plastic and steel plate. In a case where you put it and leave it, it's a good thing, but in case where you experiment and peel Neoprene from surface, it can be a bit annoying to clean after. I didn't test it for waterproof capabilities, but when several droplets of water dropped on one piece of Neoprene, it absorbed it and didn't let it get through to the bottom case of the keyboard. The material is stiff and flexible enough to use it as a gasket mount. As it doesn't have "memory foam" capabilities, you should probably look for some poron foam or some other material, because the material won't bounce enough.

Great stuff. Used it for auto interior custom overhead console in old truck. I ran 2 layers of this on project before wrapping project in fabric vinyl. It cushioned just enough to soften the edges and give it a factory feel. Sticks super good to MDF and itself so doubling up for more cushion is no problem.

So I used this as padding on a perforated steering wheel I was recovering. It was fine at first in colder weather, but now that it has warmed up I’m getting a sticky liquid goo coming out it.

Worked great no need for extra glue. Easy to cut and install.

This is exactly what I was looking for. Adhesive is great, so far no signs of wear. I'm an avid fighting game player and wanted to cover the bottom of my Arcade Joystick with foam as many other players do and this just works great. 100% recommended.
