Saves Time, Great for Kids & List of Cereals That Fit
I have been wanting to buy something like this for a long time for our cereals. With a bit of research, I decided on these. They arrived well-packed and in perfect condition. It does claim that these are dishwasher safe. I hand-washed mine after I saw someone say theirs melted in the dishwasher. If you do try the dishwasher, I would put them on the top shelf. Some of our cereal boxes like Chex have been a little too tall to put on the lower shelf for my kids to reach and, since using these they now have access to the cereal, which saves me from always having to get it for them. These have also saved me time in checking the cereal boxes to see if we need to restock them. I do plan to buy more of these for other dried goods. Pro: * They are clear that I can see what we are going to run out of soon * They make it easier for my 6 & 8 year old to pour their own cereal * They are keeping the cereal fresher for longer * It helps with not looking so cluttered in my pantry Con: * They are not completely clear, but they are close enough. Cereals That Fit / Don't Fit: Cheerios (Family Size) - Does Not Fit Chex - Fits Special K Protein - Fits Honey Bunches of Oats (Mega Size)- Fits *I will add to the list as we get in different cereals

Excellent Quality Container
Item is as described. I am using these containers to store 3d print filament and they work perfectly for the task.

Great cereal containers!
Got these because my preschooler loves cereal now, the cover is a big tight but this container is very handy to store and for him to pour cereals by himself.

Perfect for little hands or short shelves
Glad I picked up on the fact that there are both medium and large sizes. The large one isn't huge but holds more than one standard 11.5-inch-tall box of cereal; seems as if the medium wouldn't hold a standard box. Large is about 2/3-3/4 full for one box of big flakes, probably not more than half full if denser, like Cheerios. It doesn't hold an entire "family size" box, but we use multiple boxes, multiple containers, so it's moot. Finally have solved the issue of having short kitchen shelves that forced us to put boxes on their sides, resulting in spilling almost daily with 4 kids pawing around and not refastening inner bags well. Now we can store all the cereal right side up--or pitched in upside down at high speed, depending on the kid--plus our 7-year-old has a much better grip and can pour her own cereal without spilling (as can I, with low grip strength). Also nice to be able to see when we're getting low. I put Goldfish crackers into one left over, although would wonder how well much larger pieces would pour; big bran flakes pour nicely. Nice that the lids stay open for pouring. They snap closed tightly, with just small pincer effort by the 7-year-old to open. Contents are at least as fresh as they would have been in original packaging, I suspect much dryer in our humid ocean environment; are much neater; and no (ugh) silverfish or other critters. Narrower at bottom than top, which may sacrifice a quarter cup or so, but which helps with grip.

Didn't think my cereal would fit
This summer I have had large numbers of ants all over my house. They've never been an issue for me but when I saw a couple in my pantry I knew it was time to start storing my items in plastic canisters. My mother used to do this when I lived with her. Don't know why I didn't continue when I moved out. My daughter loves cereal but the grocery stores by me don't sell small regular sized boxes. They only sell the family or large size boxes. Looking at the description, it seemed like it should fit but when I received the canisters, they seemed small. I put two unopened bags in and it fits perfect. (See pics) Also I buy 10lb bags of sugar. I don't believe it will fit in the canister so I would either need to double up or buy a bigger canister. The canisters are a heavyweight plastic which seems sturdy but it does take a little time to get the lids on. Once you align it, you'd be able to lock it on all sides. I am a little concerned with the pour spout. It doesn't lock into place. It has an airtight seal but it doesn't seem like it may last many years with multiple uses. The white pen that comes with isn't erasable so I will buy some black postits that I can change up if need be. For now, it satisfies my needs. I will review again after a few months.

Stop reading reviews and just get this one
Great product! If you’re like me, you read a thousand reviews on a hundred products before purchasing anything. You can stop now, these work great! Why I Love These: -I use these for cereal, and they fit a whole Family Sized box (24oz) -They look much nicer than a bunch of mixed-sized boxes all sitting on my counter -Dont have to worry about ripped or improperly folded plastic bags to keep cereal fresh -Keeps cereal fresh for a couple weeks (cereal doesn’t last long in my house so unsure how long exactly it will keep, but I haven’t had a problem with stale cereal since purchasing) -East to clean, I hand washed and air-dried before use -When not in use, they stack together well Cons: -They do have gaps down out the bottom when lined up together (see photo) but that’s not an issue for me -I am unsure how they do in the dishwasher, but they took a while to completely air-dry -They aren’t perfectly clear plastic, but that’s also not a big deal for me I seriously spent a couple hours reading through a ton of similar products, but these work perfectly for what I need. Hope this review helps you!

Great Cheap Dry Storage for My Extra Rolls
These are my go-to for storing backup filament so it stays bone-dry. Pop a roll in, throw in some desiccant, snap the lid shut—done. No moisture issues anymore and they stack nicely on my shelf. The 6-pack gives me plenty and the little marker + labels help me keep track of PLA vs PETG vs whatever. Works way better than bags.

Suit my needs perfectly. Great size. Seem durable & airtight. Will see how fresh the food stays after a few months. Have only used for solids, not liquids. Very happy. Look great in my cupboard.

Fits regular size cereal box amount. Great seal on the lid. My kid pushed it off the third shelf, didn't crack, didn't pop open.
