What tools or hardware do I need to install gallery systems?

If your wall doesn’t already have a picture rail molding, you’ll just need a drill or a screwdriver, a tape measure, and a few screws (included in the kits!) to install the track.

Can I remove gallery systems without damaging my walls?

For systems that require installing a track or molding, some drilling is needed, which means a few small holes. Use wall anchors to reduce damage, and a quick spackle touch-up afterward will cover them.

How much weight can gallery systems safely hold?

Weight capacity depends on the component. As a general guide: rail hooks hold up to 25 lbs, nylon cables up to 33 lbs, and hooks up to 44 lbs.

What wall types are gallery systems compatible with?

For gallery hanging systems that require wall tracks or installable moldings, compatibility will depend on the screws. The ones included in our kits work with wood, drywall, plaster, and concrete.

What kinds of frames or decor work best with gallery systems?

It depends on the gallery system you're using. Just make sure the frame weight is within the picture hook's weight rating, and that the combined weight of the frames is within the cable or rod's weight rating.
