Very easy to use . Good value for money. Great size . I roller biscuit mix on cling film so did did not stick . Am impressed with the cutters . Not had time to make party rings yet but I will . I put biscuit mix in fridge for few hours before rolling

Really suprised these were as good as this. The bourbons came out amazing first time. Using the Jammy dodger is slightly more fiddly but got easier after a fee tries.

I made custard creams - they were delicious (better than the actual biscuits due to the recipe) and looked so authentic. I was delighted. A little bit of a fiddle to use and it's best to make sure the dough is well rested and really cold but worth the effort

I saw these being used on a recipe site and thought I’d pick up a set. These are well packaged and appear well made. The custard cream and bourbon cutters only require one press of the cutter, whilst the other two have detachable pieces to cut out the relevant holes, so just be careful you don’t lose the small pieces. My first try was with a batch of bourbon cream biscuits. The cutter works really well and produces impressive results. I would say though that you do need to chill the dough before using the cutters as it makes it both easier to handle and the results are better. Mixed up a ganache filling and done - my own bourbon biscuits. I had people doubting that I’d made these biscuits and thought I’d just taken a bourbon cream to pieces for the photos, they look that good. The best part about making your own biscuits and bread is that you control exactly what ingredients go into them. Also it gives you the opportunity for different variants - I’m going to be making bourbons with both a chocolate orange and mint filling. Also going to try a shortbread jammy dodger which could either be brilliant or rubbish. Great results and a good bit of fun for a minimal outlay.

When I ordered these stamps, I was a little sceptical due to the reasonable price and cheerful plastic composition. However, from the first time I used them they have given an amazingly professional finish. The designs look exactly the same as those in shop bought biscuits. They are very easy to use, the dough comes away easily and they cut cleanly, holding the design during baking. I will use these again and again.
