Red Light Therapy Infrared Heating Wand by Theralamp – Handheld Heat Lamp Includes Replacement Bulb

This little red light packs a lot of heat! I use it a lot. The bulb is still kicking out heat. It really gets the blood circulating in the problem area. Although it is not a permanent fix for pain, it really worked well for me, meaning the pain stayed out of my shoulder for at least 3 days up to a week. I also tried it on my knee, it worked well on it too. Although the pain in my knee was minimized I will still need a knee replacement in the future. I’m very happy with this little heat lamp.

It definitely works on my hands, shoulder and elbow. Heats up fast. I bought Ultra sound gel so it glides better on my skin. Please with the results, easing the pain.

I have several of the pad types with these handhelds for me work better because I can move it from location to location. I have one that does not heat up but I've loaned it to an elderly friend that needs it and it's working for her so I got this one however I feel it heats up too. It could actually burn your skin because it gets too hot on the high setting so if you get one pay very close attention to what you're doing, do not fall asleep with it against your skin and don't let children around it. Other than that it does work and the heat feels good. Because of it getting too hot I took off a star.

So far so good. I had foot surgery a year ago and still experience pain and swelling. This seems to help eliminate both. It gets pretty hot but the warm helps with the pain relief. It’s very light and easy to use. The light is nice quality.

I ordered it summer of last year. When it arrived, I turned it on just to check if it was working, and that bulb light went on, I felt reassured, but did not use it. Fast forward months later, we are now deep into the winter in February, and Iwanted to use it. I followed the directions on the paper insert, and though the bulb lights up in the beginning, it dies out after a few seconds. The unit never heated up. The unit has never been used and it doesn't work. I have never dropped it, or otherwise mishandled the product. IT JUST DID NOT WORK. What to do? Maybe the light bulb had gone bad, so I used the replacement light supplied and the turned the unit back on, and the unit is now working, but god knows for long, and where will I find replacement light bulbs to order and how much will they cost? I feel that I am now stuck with a $36 piece of unpredictable junk. Yes, it's Made in China. I really need to commit to buying my electronics from the US, Japan or Korea because the quality is more reliable there.

I've had this for less than a year and havent used it very often. It makes sore areas feel a lot better with the light and heat. But I'm super disappointed that now it only works when you hold the cord a certain way, maybe. It was never dropped or anything.
