I’ve never used resistance bands before, so when I purchased these, I wasn’t quite sure what to expect other than they had been recommended to me before by fellow workout partners. It has a wide variety of different resistance levels, and there are handles included so that you can easily use these resistance bands. I find it a really good way to give yourself a great workout with various muscle groups with a variety of resistant weights. They seem to be durable and well labeled. I recommend it.

Got this for a gift and it was to help jump start a better healthy workout lifestyle at home with the flexibility of the gym and being able to add resistance to it as you build up your strength. I love the variety of weights in this package. The fact that it has enough resistance to handle up to 150 lbs is just great! The locking mechanisms to get the resistance bands onto the strap I think could have been built a bit better so it has an easier time locking into the loop. I tried to actually put all of them on and it does take a little bit of time more than I would like but honestly how often will you put all the straps on at the same time. The level loop bands are pretty cheap looking to me. they do work as intended but I dont know how long they will last over use. They are relatively thin. The cooling towel is a nice addon, def will be using that during the workouts. the armband is too bulky for my taste, doubt that will be used. The carry bag is great and can carry hold all the resistance bands without issue. Overall a good set of bands, great pricing!

Overall, very impressive set of workout bands and related equipment. I needed to replace a set that basically started falling apart that cost almost as much and only contained similar main bands and handles plus door anchor and ankle straps, but without all the other items in this set. The main tube bands seem sturdy enough and the connection links large, strong, easy to use. Big range of resistances. The hand grip for the bands may not last in the long run but is comfortable to use. The variety of looped bands is excellent and helpful with leg exercises. Haven't tried the rope or the towel . The hand grip trainer doesn't provide a lot of resistance but seems helpful to have available to just use whenever you have a moment. I'm pleased with the main bands and happy to have the additional items, especially the loop bands. I recommend this set.

Quality seems good. Lots of different resistance bands and tubes. Great for rehab and stretching. Light on weight but good for a quick workout. Nice and portable.

Overal it's a good kits and offers lots of options to exercise with. I would recommend this.
