These resistance bands have been a fantastic addition to my fitness routine. The set includes three different resistance levels, making it easy to progress and vary your workouts over time. Didn't keep these as I felt they had far too much resistance tension for me, however, I may well re-order at some stage in the future as I progress strength wise as they were very good quality for the price. Beautiful variety of colours, good size bands with versatile use, definitely a good buy for more advanced band users.

Very good used a lot of times and very long lasting and durable, each one has a slight difference in resistance but it's a good enough difference to feel the burn when working out

A sturdy set of woven bands, from light and medium to heavy (translate as strong resistance). They do have a rubbery shop logo stitched on and the bands seem well stitched to stop the band separating on use. Just beware if you are a beginner that even the light resistance is quite strong. There are two rubbery woven strips on the inner, to help grip on clothing or legs. The User 'Manual' is actually a tiny leaflet with a few exercises on it. It has basic safety eg check for breaks, don't use in strong sunlight etc, but I would immediately wonder is this at least wipeable if used for exercise. There is a mesh storage pouch. On the whole I believe the set will be well worth the money...but , as with most Chinese goods please do away with all the surplus plastic packing...they really don't need 3 individual plastic wrapping and an overall pouch.

Amazing quality; far better than cheap strips of rubber. I have been diagnosed with mild osteoarthritis in both knees and my physio suggested using resistance bands. These are brilliant with light, medium and heavy bands. I've only used the light one and am finding that challenging, so when I get stronger, I can progress to the next one. Buy these - you won't regret it!

Really happy with these. I’ve only just got them so can’t comment on whether they are long lasting. However as a bigger woman I was worried that these would not stretch enough, but they do. They stay in place and they are not cutting in to my skin like the rubber ones do. Highly recommended

Gli elastici sono confezionati benissimo. Ogni elastico è riposto in una bustina apribile e richiudibile che a loro volta sono riposti in una busta grande a cerniera con anche un'ulteriore sacchetto di rete per mettere gli elastici. Molto utile se li usano in palestra o per portarli in giro. La qualità è ottima e fanno il dovere. Le tre fasce hanno "durezze" diverse. Si adattano a qualsiasi fisico, si possono utilizzare per tutti gli esercizi e all'interno della confezione si trova anche un libretto con le istruzioni e i possibili esercizi da fare. Non fanno male, neanche quando sono in tensione.

Jag tycker nog nog att det svagaste bandet är lite för tajt och borde vara medel, Så att det kunde finnas ett som är ytterligare lite lättare. Annars bra

These are fantastic and way better than the fabric resistant bans I previously purchased. They hold up better and are strong. I definitely like the resistant options and that they're labeled without having to guess. Excellent for transporting and common, a nice little mesh drawstring bag.

Regret that I bought these and not something slightly more expensive. Past reviews sounded good, but I'm not impressed. Though the bands are soft on the skin and do not roll up, they have a too large diameter. Even I, who am tall, need to stretch the bands quite a bit to feel any resistance. Also, to me the 3 bands have similar resistance, not as advertised as light, medium and heavy. I would have liked to have the words 'light, medium, heavy' printed on the respective bands, but it isn't, but, then again, they are all the same resistance so it doesn't matter. As for the smell - I, too, like other reviewers, found that it smells awful. It smelled even after a wash in the washing machine (inside a wash bag), but after a while in the open, the smell subsided. Really sad I bought these
