This stuff is amazing! I have always used desiccated coconut which almost always removes any moisture in a cake. This stuff isn’t dried so it makes my cakes taste fantastic, tasty and very moist.

I love the moistness of the coconut. I don’t use anything else in my bakes. You can still the coconut in the cakes and biscuits after baking.
