Are these Method brand foaming hand soap dispensers actually Antibacteria soap ??

They are not antibacterial and you don’t need to use antibacterial soap because regular soap works just as well. Soap works by rinsing they bacteria off your hands. Google it.

Does it work with dial pumps?

I’ve been using this soap in 5 dial soap dispensers for 3 years without any problems

great question. while our had soap is not considered antibacterial, we want to assure you it is a very effective hand cleaner.

Can someone describe the sea minerals scent?

It's light, well-balanced, fresh scent like linen. My favorite! I wish they would make it a scent used for the all-purpose cleaners.
