Great product
I have been using this product for over a year and have been able to tell the difference in my nails in particular. I had been using a product that didn’t have keratin and didn’t get the results I was looking for. This product has both the biotin and keratin needed for healthy hair, skin, and nails. When I use this product daily I have much less trouble with brittle and cracked nails.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I definitely notice a difference in my hair and nails when I don’t take this. I have been using this product off and on for 3 years and am happy with the results!

the tablets are very large in size, they are incredibly difficult to swallow, and you need to take 4 of them (I didn’t finish them because I couldn’t swallow them)

Excellent product!
Excellent product, you have to use it consistently to have good results. I have been using it for years. Now I have been informed that company can no longer ship this product to me. I’m very disappointed about this decision.
