Save Your Sanity from Dental Pain
Oh my word!! I have (very sadly) developed a case of Trigeminal Neuralgia. Until I get to the Pain Dental Management specialist, this ointment is the ONLY thing that is managing my pain by 85%. Without it, I would be going crazy with pain.

I have purchased and used many 'Orajel' products over the years; and I would have to say that this 'Orajel' Maximum Strength Nighttime Toothache Pain Relief Cream is definitely one of the best! I love that this product goes to work fast, and numbs the pain quickly. I have ordered this particular version of Orajel several times now, and I'm very impressed with its quality. Something interesting about this cream is that it had chamomile in it; which (may) help some people to relax-which is why I think it's considered a nighttime product. The tube has a precise tip, which makes it easy to apply to the areas I need to. It's a decent sized tube, and since a little goes a long way; then the tube usually lasts me a while. This is why I think it's a decent value for money, in my personal opinion. Plus, it works well, and does exactly what it claims to do! Very happy with this product, and highly recommend it!

Works good for pain
I've been using another brand (HurriCaine Topical Anesthetic Gel), I would say both work really well - much better than any other brands or reg. Orajel.
