Effective
I've been taking this nightly for about 3 years. I was having 1-2 migraines a week and since taking this i have maybe 1 a year now. Very effective, no side effects and natural!

Butterbur extract not the same as butterbur root
The butterbur works but I did read someone’s else review that mentioned that it has rice flour in it. I was put onto butterbur because I was looking miserable because of my allergies and my cousin had some that he gave me. Worked within minutes. This does help with my allergies, but I do feel like the other brand was more potent. This slows down the effects of my allergies, but the other brand seemed to stop them dead in their tracks. Great value though and it does work but maybe not as effective as other brands that are straight butterbur root.

Miracle herb
