Very compact, very nice to have on a drop bar road bike, not large, but adequate for rear view of cars from behind.

Works okay, very adjustable, but is hard to secure in one spot. I am having to reposition it nearly every ride as just leaning the bike against anything (like the garage wall) completely moves it. I like it much better than round mirror that I tried.

Just got this, put it on my road bike and took a ride. Best $16 I've spent in a while. Was easy to install (just look at instructions on back of packaging), nice and secure once installed, easy to adjust and did not get knocked out of position by bumps. Small, unobtrusive and gives me the rearview I need for riding lightly traveled but often narrow paved roads. If you are riding in a high-traffic urban area (so might want a bigger sharper image) or bouncing around on washboard dirt roads may not be as satisfactory.

First I must say that the mirror did not fit my bike exactly, it was a bit too small for the handle bars where it inserted. I was able to secure it, but just had to put that out there. I ride a Trek Lexa S, small frame. Now onto the product in use: I loved that it folded out of the way, but for practical use, it wasn't working for me. The field of view is too small. This might be useful for some, especially if you are on a highly trafficked road and just want to see on-coming cars, but I ride on extremely light traffic roads (no cars on most of my rides) with lots of hills. I tried using the mirror, but it just didnt work for where I was riding. There was a lot of bounce, making it frustrating to look at. I tried to use it to look for riders behind me, but it isn't good for that, either. I ended up removing it from my road bike and will probably put it on my hybrid that I ride on well-traveled paths, at a slower pace.

Great compact mirror! I've used these for years on both road and moutain bikes. Flips up out of the way so it doesn't get broken when not in use.

Perfect size mirror. Not too large but plenty of view. Installed easily and it’s very secure. No shake (I’m on easy to medium gravel). Comes with two expansion sleeves depending on your handlebar inner diameter. I didn’t need them. Great value for the price.

The field of vision is limited as this is a small mirror. Unless it is in the exact correct position, it is worthless. And that's the problem - it is easily jostled out of position by any bumps in the road. While having to frequently adjust while riding, it eventually became too lose to hold any position. The sole screw only tightens the swivel of the actual mirror but not the portion that attaches the mirror to the handlebar, causing the mirror to swivel all over the place. I would love to return this, but it's over 30 days. Do not buy this mirror!

I love this size, but it is a smmothe plastic inset which does not tighten enough to keep it from moving around. So, that is annoying.

Commande livrée rapidement. A l'ouverture du colis j'ai été surpris de la taille relativement petite de ce rétroviseur, et suis donc parti avec un à priori. Je n'avais pas prévu au départ de mettre 5 étoiles....... Après installation sur mon vélo de course. Pour ma part j'ai dévissé l'embout de mon guidon gauche et installé le rétro en lieu et place. Pas de soucis il s'est emboîté nickel et les possibilité de réglages sont nombreuses. Au début je me disait que la surface de rétro vision était vraiment petite. Mais après utilisation et finalisation du réglage en position route, je dois admettre que ce rétroviseur assure correctement sa fonction. C'est un plus pour la sécurité même si une petite rotation de la tête pour contrôler l'arrière n'est pas à omettre. En définitive, je me suis bien habitué à ce rétroviseur et aurait désormais du mal à m'en passer. Les plastiques semblent légers, voir leur résistance dans le temps, mais je maintiens dans l'immédiat mes 5 étoiles.

I've tried many cycling mirrors to aid me with my safety whilst on the road. Most of them are crap if I'm honest!! I've tried the Halfords bar end mirror (the plastic one vibrates like mad), the metal one is a lot better but it isn't convex glass and so doesn't give the widest field of vision, however, the view that is seen is a truer picture. I've also tried the Cycle Aware Reflex Helmet Mirror. I found this to be very difficult to position correctly and gave up in the end!! The Zefal Spin Bar End Mirror - NOW YOU'RE TALKING!! It's an excellent price for what you get. I have two bikes (a mountain bike and a road bike) - I have one of these mirrors for each bike, they're that good! The required view is very easy to set up, and once that is achieved, a simple screw and the position is in place. You can also adjust the mirror when not in use which is a great idea, should you wish to park your bike up for example. The glass is convex which gives an excellent view of rear traffic, ok, the traffic is closer than what it appears to be in the glass, but I personally prefer that. A quick reference point when stationery gives the rider the judgement of following vehicles quite easily. Seriously, if you're thinking of buying a cycling mirror, don't try anything else!! I am an advanced cyclist (IAM) and I strongly recommend this
