However I think the material is not durable at all. The thread from the case is coming out on the edge where the vents for the laptop are. It looks like a design flaw where the material doesn't stay secure by these vents, which are on the edge of the case. This started to occur about 6 weeks into product ownership. I would love to talk to customer service about this, because I like the product, however I'm disappointed how quickly the thread of the textile started to come out. After 3 months of use the plastic clips that hold onto the screen cracked.
