Electriduct Wire Duct Cutter Plastic Raceway PVC Conduit Cutting Tool Metal Shears

Up until a few months ago I did not know these things existed always used portable to cut these things are fantastic durability is great accuracy of cutting is unreal great value for the money

This wire duct cutter works great for smaller type pvc based flexible raceways for concealing cable. The ones used to hide HDMI cable, home entertainment system type cables for TVs, etc. This is not intended for the commercial type raceways used for bundles or bulk data communication cables (fiber optic, bundles of ethernet, bundles of coax etc) in wiring closets or data centers. I use it with the d-line series raceways size medium which is about 1 inch and 1/4 wide, half round and protrudes about half an each to three quarters. No issues in cutting this smaller type of raceway. Those who have given this a lower review must be using it on really hard or large PVC which this is not intended for. This is a very similar product sold by panduit and cable organizer but at a significantly cheaper price.

We believe the blade has hole in wrong spot. These wire duct cutters do not close all the way and will not cut through the product they were designed to cut through. We bought another pair earlier and they broke the first time used to cut. Vendor gave a full refund but not able to return the replacement set of wire duct cutters. This was a waste of money.

Used on panduit installs..No Issue's

An excellent replacement for a Panduit duct cutter at roughly 25% of the cost. I bought one to test it out. I was so pleased, I bought two more for our electrical panel shop. We cut duct every day.

Too much hand force required for cutting wire duct, but cuts plastic tubing and rubber hose most efficiently.
