great replacement part for vac. Fits perfectly and functions as necessary. Bristles gather dirt and dog hair and makes cleaning easy. Doesn't scratch hardwood floors.

Wonderful tool, fits my vacuum perfectly, has long stiff bristles for picking up stubborn items in the floor or on the upholstery. Can be immersed in water for cleaning if needed!

the brush is fine, but the bristles and internal support get sucked into the middle by the vacuum suction which makes it clog up and useless. The inside needs to be more rigid to prevent this from happening. It's very thin plastic that is too flimsy. I'm trying to figure out a way to put something stiffer in the middle so it holds the bristles out and still allows the suction to work while dusting/vacuuming.

Functional replacement. My younger dog ate my original round brush, so I ordered this. She got to this one and chewed it up also (apparently these are tasty--who knew!?) so I ordered another. It is not as wide and full of bristles as the original round brush that came with the vacuum, but does the job for what is needed

....it does not fit either my Sears Kenmore Progressive canister or Sears Kenmore Elite direct drive upright vac. When I discovered it did not fit on the canister, I tried it on the upright just in hopes. It does, however, fit my Shop-Vac and I am happy about that because the brush I ordered for it last week is pretty cheesy. This one will be much more functional. Had it been meant for, and ordered for my Shop-Vac to begin with, I would have given it five stars. If I did not have the Shop-Vac, however, I would have a useless brush that would not be worth returning, When it comes time to buy a new canister vac, however, I will take the brush along with me and make sure it fits.

The replacement dusting/furniture brush is an excellent replacement for my original Kenmore brush. The bristles are slightly softer than the original brush, which for me, is desirable as it is less likely to scratch various items that I dust. Additionally, the inside diameter is ever so slightly larger than the original, but still slides on to a very snug fit and doesn't fall off or rotate on the metal end of the suction hose. Other reviews indicated the plastic housing as being too soft and allowing the inner layer of bristles to be sucked together and essentially closing off the suction hole and preventing proper function. I have no such problem with this brush, but to be fair, I have only had it for a few weeks and have only used it twice.
