These bags are well made, reusable and washable. Wonderful alternative to using those palstic bags at the gorcery store. Their draw string closure helps keep your item inside.

We have been very happy with these bags. We use them for all our produce and they have been perfect for us. They are strong (we have filled them with apples - about 8 or so - with no wear) and they are a good size (accommodate lettuce and kale). They also cause no issues at the checkout as they are easy to see through. They also clean incredibly easily - we wash by hand or just throw through the wash. We have been using them for 6 months and they look new. If you are on the fence about trying produce bags it actually makes shopping easier (in addition to no plastic bags!) - no more looking for where the dispensers are or fussing with the plastic bags - you just have a bag with you when you need it.

These produce bags are clear and super lightweight, yet very durable. I usually have one or two leftover after a grocery run so the quantity in a single pack is perfect. I’ve noticed that I save so much time and energy not having to locate and fiddle with the plastic produce bags on a roll that are usually offered in store. These, paired with my large reusable grocery bags, make my shopping experience far more pleasant overall.

I bought these so that I could reduce or eliminate use of plastic, one-use produce bags at the grocery store. As others have said, they are lightweight and easy to see through for cashiers. It appeared that all the seams were intact, so the ones I received didn't have obviously loose seams as some other reviewers have noted. Some reviewers also noted that the drawstrings do not stay closed. To prevent that, I got a package of 10 spring cord closures (many kinds and colors are available on Amazon). They were easy to install on the drawstring, although you have to undo the existing knot and re-tie it. Took me about 10 minutes to put a spring lock on all 9 bags, and those seem to ensure a secure closure. The bags themselves are very lightweight, like a thin organza or tulle material. Therefore, I would be hesitant to put more than a few heavier fruits or vegetables (like potatoes) in each bag. It's hard to tell if they'll hold up over time until I start using them regularly. For these reasons, I gave them 4 stars instead of 5. Time will tell how much they'll carry and how well they'll hold up.

I love doing my part to help reduce the need for plastic bags. I bring my mesh bags to the grocery store, the farmers' market, specialty stores, etc, along with my reusable large shopping bags, so I don't need to put the items I purchase into plastic bags that not only take up space in my home, these plastic bags can only be recycled so many times before the plastic is no longer usable for new bags. I am able to store produce in the mesh bag as well as wash the produce while it is in the mesh bag. The mesh bags wash well and dry quickly (so far I have only washed the bags in the sink and hung them to dry). I had bought 6 Earthwise mesh bags at Wegmans grocery store about 8 years ago, and I still have those bags. This fact convinced me to purchase these additional 9 bags from the same company. The Earthwise mesh bags are sturdy, reliable and convenient.

Light, strong, good size for 4 people family grocery items. Love it!!

These were a gift to my daughter, but she has brought them home occasionally. They are amazing! They help save the environment, and they feel nice and work so well! They wash very well & are easy to use. In addition, they are soft on produce, are attractive & convenient, and inexpensive. I give them a definite "thumbs UP!" She has had these for a year now, uses them with every shopping trip, and they still look new.

These bags are great. Can be used to pick and package loose produce or other items at the grocery store, saving you - and our turtles and oceans - from more plastic waste. They are also useful for school lunches. They wear well. They are easy to open/close. They do stain over time, and I'm sure there is something that I could do about it, but I just don't care that much how they look ;-)

Brilliant, perfect for buying at markets etc. Man at my local market today v impressed and is going to look into stocking these. You can rinse fruit etc still in bags. Lightweight and strong enough.

Las bolsas son muy prácticas y no pesan casi nada, son como de rejilla muy finita y llevan un cordel para cerrarlas . Yo las uso para comprar la fruta y verdura en el supermercado para evitar usar una bolsa de plástico para cada tipo de verdura. Pedí permiso al responsable de la sección de frutería para usarlas y no me pusieron ninguna pega. Las etiquetas adhesivas se retiran bien después y no quedan restos de pegamento. Parecen resistentes, transpirables y lavables. Estoy muy contenta porque con estas bolsas hemos reducido mucho el uso de plásticos innecesarios en casa. Siempre llevo un par de ellas en el bolso por si las necesito.

Ich finde es einfach nur ärgerlich dass man in der Gemüse und Obstabteilung nur Plastiktüten bekommt. War deswegen auf der Suche nach einer umweltfreundlichen Alternative und bin dabei auf dieses Produkt gestoßen. Die Beutel sind groß genug um auch mehr oder größeres Obst/Gemüse unterzubringen, haben einen Kordelzug zum einfachen verschließen. Das einzige Problem dabei ist, dass die Preisetiketten nicht darauf kleben. Hier hätte man sich vielleicht noch eine Lösung einfallen lassen können. Aber ansonsten bin ich sehr zufrieden. Wurden bis jetzt an jeder Kasse ohne Probleme angenommen, sind bei jedem Einkauf dabei. Bei mir kommen die dann alle paar Wochen einfach mal wieder mit in die Waschmaschine. Für alle die etwas mehr auf die Umwelt achten möchten und endlich mal den Plastikmüll reduzieren möchten, eine sehr gute Möglichkeit!

Diese wiederverwendbaren Säcke sind echt genial. Sie sind klein und praktisch. Endlich mal die Einwegsackerl aus Plastik vermeiden. Damit gehen wir direkt an den Bauernmarkt oder im Geschäft selbst. Etwas anderes kommt nicht mehr in unseren Haushalt
