Genuine quality, hard to find nowadays.
I lived off grid for over 20 years. Because of this I am quite familiar with charging batteries and chargers. The battery charger in my RV died. I went to Amazon and found this, it looked good so I ordered it, it arrived virtually the next day. I am super impressed with the build quality of this unit. it's not some lightweight plastic piece of junk, it's exceptionally well-built and all of the electronics are encapsulated in epoxy. It comes with a 2-year warranty but I highly doubt I will need to use it. The instructions are written well and easy to understand. I am very happy with my purchase. also I rarely write reviews, only when I am really impressed or really unhappy with a product, maybe ten of them over the last 10 years

So Far So Good!
So far so good! This charger was used on a back up battery for a sump pump in my home. It fits and is working well

Nice charger
I used an older version of this unit to keep my starting battery charged in my boat. Lasted 12 years. That's quality.

Marine Quality
I am replacing a Guest 2608A that died way before its time, but out of warranty. The ChargePro 6 is an identical physical replacement. Fully potted electronics as I would expect for a bilge mount unit. I ding it one start because they don't bother to use marine grade tinned stranded wire, the mark of a truly marine grade part.

Silent, functional, no issues with several months of use
I bought the 6A charger because a pair of deep cycle AGMs I keep for emergency purposes were apparently giving my frustrating loud Schumacher charger issues. I've tested the voltage across the battery terminals both during maintenance and without the charger attached and I'm still sitting pretty after a few months. I didn't realize the 10A version would allow you to run the terminals in parallel to the same connection, so if I was going to buy this again I'd probably get the next model up. This wouldn't be your best bet if you wanted to quickly charge batteries (like if you were in a hurry to get a car started or if you were trying to top off a battery bank from a generator) but for day-to-day maintenance it's quiet, it doesn't run hot, and it's dead simple to use.
