I bought a level 2 charger and item came DOA . Very disappointed in this product.

Very easy to use.

Good product and quick charge.
It can charge in about 1 hour for my Chrysler Pacifica. It is great for a quick charge during the day. At night, I still use the car's 120V charge. I was told that slow charge keeps the battery longer. But, it takes 12+ hours to full charge.
