Lovely & Refreshing
The sardines are tasty and refreshing, with only the slightest hint of lemon. After traveling to Spain recently and having sardines there I knew it would be of higher quality containing no color added or preservative's. Will definitely order again.

So Fresh and Delicious!
As soon as I received it, I opened one can and it was so delicious that I finished it before I could even take a photo. It was fresh, not too salty, and I highly recommend it.

Matiz Sardines
Matiz sardines are delicious. Used them in a pasta dish, along with anchovies, and the lemon essence gave the dish a great flavor.

Delicious but VERY difficult and dangerous to open.
These sardines are absolutely delicious but VERY hard and dangerous to open the can. I opened one and I will not even keep the other 4 an risk cutting off a finger. I tried the pull tab, couldn't budge it, and then used a manual opener but that, also proved difficult and dangerous. I am going to try to write to the company; very disappointing.
