A single layer was enough to make my tattoo virtually invisible without the use of colour correction or setting products. Stayed put throughout the day with little changes, again without any setting. Safe to say it’s perfect for long wear. It feels light and breathable on the skin and the colour match for me was perfect. Exactly what I needed it to be - a super effective and with minimal effort tattoo concealer. Worth every penny. My advice would be to try on the foundation or look to their website to see the colour against your skin. I got the shade 4N2, after checking on the original website. I was concerned it would be too dark for my tone, as it does look MUCH darker on the palette in product pics. Instead it was actually pretty light coming out the bottle and a perfect match.

Nice coverage but way too light for me. If you can get a color match to your skin, seems like a great foundation. I like full coverage and this is that, it’s pricey though. Which is okay since product is good, but I tried and failed twice to match my color, both times I chose too light.

Okay, so, I needed some time with this product to give it a review. At first, I was not happy with the final result of one-day wear. This foundation has great (insurmountable) coverage. I’ve been dying for something that adequately covers my malasma. However, this foundation gets cakey after wearing it for a few hours. I read another review that it accentuates wrinkles and pores. That was correct in my case. I was horrified when I got home and saw what my face looked like at work! It looked like it was melting off. I had also tried it with a setting spray and primer. I don’t know how those products contributed to the effect. It took some trial and error, but I figured out how to use this foundation to work best for my skin. The reason I decided to try this was because my Clinique Stay Matte that I love and have been using for years, has never covered my malasma and dark spots under my eyes like I wanted. But, it’s so lightweight and perfect for oily skin. Initially, I thought the Double Wear Max would replace it. Long story short, I found that this can be used as a concealer under my Clinique Stay Matte. Only VERY little is needed. I use my finger to rub and blend over the spots I want including under my eyes. Then I quickly go over with a blending sponge. This stuff dries very quickly. I then apply my regular foundation, but one area at a time (left side of face, right side of face, chin and entire forehead). Once applied to an area, I use the blending sponge to even everything out. Finally, I use a sponge to apply my powder. A sponge is crucial for working with this product. And, I think success using it all over the face just depends on skin type. I’m 34 years old and my skin is in decent shape. But, as mentioned, this foundation does highlight any unevenness in the skin (pores and wrinkles) if used generously. I absolutely love the coverage it provides and I give it 5 stars based on that and the velvety finish if applied sparingly. Lastly, get very carefully matched for the right color in a store before your first purchase.

Love this product. The best on the market ! You only need very little and covers all kind of impurities on you face. Not oily at all and very nice to wear. Have been using this product for years and I still think it is the best there is !
