Can i use this ink on epsom et2720 model?

Yes the 104 ink will fit the ET2720, keep to Epson ink don't use after market alternatives!

I have the et-m2170 printer. it came with epsom 111 ink. i cant find this. can i use the 104?

The top of the cartage is different eg a cartage for a 103 will not do a 104. If the top can be taken off the bottle you have from the 111 then all you have to do is change the top and put it onto the 104 bottle. This is what I done.

Shall I wait with refilling of ink whe it is empty or can I refill it when only half is empty? will the ink stop filling by itself then?

You can refill at anytime, you have to be carefull not to overfill the printer tank as it will get really messy if you do. I use the 2250 series and refill when the level monitor tells me to which is usually when it's used around 3/4 of the ink in the tank. Bottle gives me 3 to 4 top ups. Hope this helps.

what is best before date?

I bought a pack of the four colours in Oct 2020 The black has BB date of 04/2024 The three colours are BB mid 2025 (not yet used) This ink system for this is so efficient I have only used about a third of each the colours and 1 black but have printed 1696 colour pages and 2371 black only pages This printer saves so much money on ink I wouldn’t go back to small cartridges
