I use these for my guinea pigs when needed. And they work fantastic. Easy to use and they don't mind the taste.

As an ardent animal rescuer, I know the power of probiotics and I always keep this on hand. But it wasn't until we rescued a bunny with severe digestive issues that I realized it can save a life! She was having regular bouts of stasis since we brought her home, and nearly died from severe stasis. After 2 WEEKS of hand feeding, administering Sub-Q fluids & meds, and using Bene-Bac she finally took a turn for the better. I used the probiotics daily for a few weeks after and then shifted to weekly maintenance dosing. She has not had an episode of stasis since using this product! If she seems to be getting a little iffy, I give her a preventative dose of simethicone (gas reliever) and add in extra Bene-Bac doses for a few days. It works wonders and has kept her healthy and happy for nearly 2 years! While it does not technically require refrigeration, I prefer to keep mine in the fridge just to ensure bacterial viability since this one tube lasts for months with just one rabbit. We use the treats for our dogs and a different powder for all other animals. Also, please head my warning and CAREFULLY choose who you buy this product from! If you get a product that is NOT sealed, please return it and file a complaint against the seller! This really is a great product and I HIGHLY recommend it! Good product? Had to screw the correct amount

My 18 year old senior cat who suffers from acute pancreatitis has had a complete recovery from his diarrhea issues! I tried a sample of this stuff that was sent to me along with some other order I made to treat loose stools. Now I am SOOO happy I tried it on him! He gets a small does every night at dinner time and it keeps him regular. I ran out of this for a few days and his diarrhea came back. As soon as I got the next shipment I gave it to him and he was back to normal! This stuff works!! Highly recommend it!!

I bought to to give to my 7 year old guinea pig, Chad, while he was going through a course of antibiotics. While there’s no official dosage for small mammals, I give him about a pea sized amount a minimum of 2 hours after his antibiotic dose. Initially I used to try and hide it on pieces of lettuce to trick him into eating it since he normally hates ANY medicine or anything coming out of a syringe until I realized that for whatever reason he’s obsessed with the taste of the bene-bac to the point where he gets excited when he sees the syringe. He does still get soft poops on the antibiotics, but has yet to have anything worse like diarrhea.

My guinea pig was very sick and I was giving her an anti-biotic. The vet didn't think a probiotic was completely necessary (it is!! makes all the difference in the world!!!!). Within a day of the anti-biotic my guinea pig's stomach stopped moving completely despite hand feeding. This is hard to find in pet stores and a lot of guinea pig rescues said you could use a non-dairy human probiotic. I tried this for weeks and my guinea pigs stomach wasn't moving at all! I was having to feed her every couple hours (including during the night) for weeks along with giving her a lot of anti-gas medication and the human non-dairy probiotic did little to help. I was also giving her mobility drugs for her stomach and she still wasn't producing droppings. When this arrived I started giving it at once and within a day it made a HUGE difference and within a few days her stomach returned to normal. After she had recovered fully and I had to give the rest of her anti-biotic, I gave this 2 hrs after each dose and she had no tummy troubles at all!! I must to have on hand if you are a guinea pig owner. The application is very simple and my guinea pig LOVES IT! I have to wrestle it away from her. Would highly recommend. The package of 3 is a good buy, but if you need it for an emergency situation, this amazon prime product arrives very quickly and would recommend for fast shipping.

I am a bunny owner and rescuer, sometimes we have no other alternative except to give antibiotics to save life of bunnies, some antibiotics couldn't differentiate between good and bad bacteria in their gut. Rabbits digestive system is very delicate and good bacterias play a vital role in their proper gut movement. A loose motion in bunnies is life threatening which magically can be prevented with this product. I believe, this is very expensive but a life saver medicine for bunny owner which every pet owner should keep handy as an emergency medicine.
