I like these so much more than I ever could have imagined. So versatile. They actually help with shoulder tightness and also with my neck. Great in that it can help with sacral release as well. Good for those tricky spots. Highly recommend

I have Lorox’s foam roller and love it but wanted to target smaller areas. This dome is amazing for blasting away tight fascia which is the main cause of muscle tightness and fatigue. I can target an area like the outer hip and melt away the tightness. Incredible feeling like the kind you get after a deep tissue massage at the spa. Love it!!!!

I didn’t think I would like these but wanted to give them a try anyway. I do think they are overpriced for what they are but I am finding myself reaching for them a lot to lay on to help with pain.

At work I stand all day long. These allow me to have a lot of foot massages. So far no changes in the elasticity.
