This is a lot of mustard. Does the flavor fade after it has been opened?

I did not feel that there was any difference from the first use to the final bit of the mustard.

How long will it take to ship?

I don’t remember this product taking a long time to ship. It did, however, come with damaged packaging and Paul/bucket. That was a little disappointing. But the mustard was fantastic!

Is it a very bitter mustart or is it weak in bitterness?

It is NOT bitter at all. It is the best, by far, of any mustard I've ever eaten. It is so smooth I sometimes can it a pate'.
