Great little player at a great price - get it
I bought this to supplement an older version of the same item bought 3 years ago. The new one is even better than the old one. Here is what I really like about it: Pros: 1. Great sound - when set on the default "normal" sound (it has a built-in equalizer), its bases are rich and its sound is excellent. Could not ask for better - honestly 2. Holds up to 4,000 songs. I only listen to perhaps 30 so I don't need the capacity, but it can hold a ton of songs 3. Has a built-in radio, if I want to switch to the news or weather when walking. It can store 20 pre-set FM stations 4. Has 3 built-in playlist folders, and you can create your own playlists using a connected computer 5. Can record dictated notes or reminders by simply switching to record function. Very handy if I think of something and want to make a notation while using the player 6. Has two different ways of storing and listening to audio books, using "Audible" software, or not 7. Very small but powerful. Has a clip to attach to a pocket, belt or pants waist 8. The battery lasts at least 9 - 10 hours between charges. Charges up in about 2 hours. Cons - only one minor issue I know of - Like all players, the Sandisk sorts all songs by song title, not song name. So, if you load a song with its original title (e.g. - Thriller.mp3) BUT you rename it on your computer to "Song 2.mp3", the player will still sort that song under "T" in the alphabet rather than "S". There is, however, a way around this (see the questions section of this listing), but it takes a bit of effort on the computer. To save space and cost, it does not come packaged with a full printed manual. To get it, simply visit sandisk.com and navigate to the MP3 player manuals page and download it. It is well written and has all the explanations. All in all, I love the player and it cost me under $40 with free shipping. Excellent deal.

Finally an MP3 player that works!!
An MP3 player has one basic job, that is to play MP3's. By default it should do it in proper track order (unless you pick shuffle). I tried 4 or 5 of the cheap knock off brand MP3 players and not a single one of them would play songs in the correct order. Some would play albums alphabetized. WTF? Who listens to an album in alphabetical order. WTF? The Sandisk player however works perfect. I just copied my MP3's from my computer to the player and when I select any of the albums, the songs are displayed and played in the correct order. Bottom line, this player is simple to load and works correctly. Battery life so far seem to be as advertised - 16hrs before I recharged and it wasn't completely dead at that point. The sounds is very good. I don't hear any static or crackle at all in quiet music. That may be due to the fact I use a quality pair of ear phones. The buttons have a good feel and a positive click. I use this mostly while biking & working out and it's very small and very light, which is exactly what I wanted. It's also got the sport clip on the back, so you can drop it in a pocket or clip it on the edge of something, nice option. Update: It does NOT have Bluetooth. But this player is really meant to be a light and small for sports. Something you take when you go running, walking, biking, etc. And for those things it works fantastic. I'm liking this player the more I use it.

If you want a cheap and small MP3 player that can store lots of music, this is it.
Cheap and small MP3 players with sufficient memory (at least 8GB+) that’s not a piece of junk are getting harder to find. I prefer using a cheap and small MP3 player when I exercise and when I travel. Cheap and small MP3 players don’t attract unwanted attention and if they get stolen or lost, no big deal. This is my first purchase of a SanDisk 16GB Clip sport Go MP3 player. I was pleasantly surprised at the small size and the storage capacity. It was easy to import music from iTunes. I had to carefully read the user’s manual (downloaded from the SanDisk website) to figure out how to work the radio and other features. Overall, setting up and using the SanDisk is fairly easy after reading the user’s manual. I’ve only had the SanDisk for a week so I can’t comment of its durability. The clip that secures the SanDisk to your clothes seemed fairly robust, but I’m expecting this to eventually break after repeated use. There is one glitch that I’ve noticed. When I first turn on the SanDisk and listen to music, within the first 15-30 minutes, several songs will stop and skip to the next song. I don’t know why this happens and I just hope that it is a minor glitch that doesn’t become a bigger problem. If I had purchased this at a local retail store, I’d probably exchange it. Since I purchased it on Amazon, returning it requires more effort so I’m keeping it and hoping for the best. From my experience, cheap MP3 players have a life-span of about 16-20 months before something breaks or the battery no longer recharges. If I can get 12 months out of SanDisk, I’ll be happy and gotten my money’s worth out of it. *CORRECTION*: The “glitch” that I mentioned in my review is NOT a “glitch.” My SanDisk stopped and skipped to the next song because of where I placed it on my body. The SanDisk function buttons are more sensitive to touch than I expected. When using a rubber exercise band or a TRX suspension strap, if the band or strap touched the SanDisk function buttons it would stop and/or skip. The same thing happened when clothes or any part of my body touched the SanDisk function buttons. I found that if I attached the SanDisk to an armband facing away from my body, I avoided hitting the SanDisk function buttons and it now works perfectly.

Bought this to replace two Agptek 8 GB Mp3 players that unfortunately failed to live up to expectations. This player in comparison is of superb quality. A nice handy pocket size with a more than decent pair of earphones supplied. No need for any Micro SD cards. All internal storage. A definite plus. Works perfectly with Windows 10 OS, contrary to previous reviews. Simple operation, can scroll using Album, Artist, etc. Decent sized screen and text size to view song information. Comes with Micro USB for charging, device can be charged via PC/ laptop USB port or via plug in USB adapter. Good prompt communication with the seller throughout the process. Extremely happy so far with the product. Highly recommend.

What A great little player, all the features of the more expensive ones available for such a tiny thing. Well done SanDisk. Easy to set up and transfer files with the added bonus of Shuffle all music.
