Comfortable Fit with Compression and are Stretchy
I am 5'11", weigh 153 pounds and have a 30" inseam. The Sparthos Full Leg Compression Sleeves provide the exact amount of compression I was looking for to surpress swelling due to health issues. As mentioned in another post, just above the ankle does not fully compress leaving a small gap. I chose to wear a full-toe compression sock over the sleeve as a second layer, to resolve the issue. I have not experienced any slippage or roll-over at the top of the sleeve. Out-of-the-box the sleeves look short, but do stretch for me from just above the ankle bone to the top of the thigh. Overall, very satisfied and would purchase again.

They're really good and they work great but in my situation they roll down
I absolutely love these things use them almost every day but they roll down Does anybody out there have a product that does not roll down? I have big calves almost the same size as my thigh above my knee .

current evaluation ( will update )
I am a full time latin dance instructor & social dancer in LA county and have a need to wear compression knee and leg sleeves to minimize potential swelling in my one reconstructed knee and prevent further injury for both. Day 1 - right out of the box the material feels comfortable and breathable. walking around there appears no apparent slippage. ( slipping being the biggest reason why im still on the hunt for sleeve alternatives before i go all in on a pair of stoko tights ) Materials rating ( 9.0 / 10.0 ) ... Compression feels a bit less compared to other brands models due to the materials used however not upset over it atm. Will have a better idea of whether or not the compression still performs as desired like other brands i have tried. Compression rating ( 8.5 / 10.0 ) UPDATE : after wearing for daily use compression remained ... taking on and off i notice some stretching at the bottom of the sleeve near calf area however pulling up the sleeves the sleeve seemed more form fitting. im assuming this is happening due to just being worn and re-worn. still no wash cycle yet and performed well after a night of social dancing ( main reason i have these is to protect my knees and prevent swelling ) very minor slipping as expected after a night of dancing but not so much that it drops off my thigh and rolls up .... will now wash & air dry final update : now washed a couple times and used ... noticed notable sizing differential and slippage. as expected of knee sleeves like this unfortunately. maybe a size down would of been beneficial but i have to pull up to make sure the bottom of the sleeve is against my leg and not stretched out. still using them and liking them compared to my other sleeves.

my ongoing review
9-23-22: seems to fit fine , i got the large, thigh measured at 19iinches , goes all the way down to just above the ankle bone. i like the amount of compression. i’ve had acl and meniscus surgery on same knee. i’m trying this sleeve today and i’ll update how well it holds up. it feels right and stable, i just hope i won’t have to keep pulling it up if it slides down my leg. to be continued….. 9-23-22 i’m the afternoon: some slippage in the thigh area today but not too bad 9-25-22 2nd time wearing it all day. this time it did not slip. i pulled it up as high as was comfortable. good compression but not enough to cut off any circulation. 9/30 it’s slipping down my upper leg, thought maybe it’s because i was sitting and standing a lot at work, but today i’m walking around costco and it’s not staying up that well. i think if i went smaller it may be too tight. i’m trying to like the product. this is my first time using this type of product so i’m not sure if this is just what happens. i do like the compression it provides but the slipping down part is a little annoying. i’ll keep test driving it though

Good Support!
Hurt my knee hiking a few weeks ago. It gets hard to walk around when your knee is swollen and stiff. So after a doctor visit, got some anti inflammatories, and bought this compression sleeve. It was a good purchase, as it does give decent support around your knee, and helps your mobility throughout the day! Think I will continue using it when I start my hikes again.

Best compression sleeves
I’m definitely getting another one. These hold my knees in place perfectly. I train everyday with them Hyrox and Erg con etc. and after my meniscus tears I wouldn’t be able to do it without them
