Also, it is strong enough so there is no problem in putting a heavy weight on to help the draining of the Pashka. I suggest pushing the Pashka (a custard-curd cheese-candied-fruit concoction) firmly down into the form as you fill it; that way, the filling will take on the imagery of the Orthodox Cross and the "XB" (Christos Voskres!, Christ Is Risen!) quite distinctly when you turn it out of the form.
